Great menu, everything's fresh, they're nice, and they're FAST. Big glass window lets you see the kitchen; was there last Sunday morning at open, watched the cook crank out crepes for a crowd with the kind of composure you usually only see in movies. Zen lesson...and the coffee was excellent too.

Very good sweet & savory crepes! Have gluten free options available. If you are doing some shopping at the outlets skip the food court and come here. They are less than 10 minutes from I90.

Starving Artist always has excellent food and drinks. I will continue to enjoy their food but was a bit disappointed today when I went in for a latte and delicious carob/coconut bar. While waiting for my order, I noticed one of the support staff unloading clean utensils. Without gloves on, she had her fingers inside the cleaned scoops and pulled out all the spatulas by the tops instead of the handles. These are not the days and times to become lazy or lax when handling utensils which ultimately are used to prepare food. I view this as a lack of hygiene management by the owner.

Maple egg sandwich was complete perfection. Delicious bacon cooked perfectly, eggs cooked so yolks were soft but not runny, perfectly melted cheese on Berkshire Bakery Sourdough. How could you go wrong? Honestly, one of the best breakfast sandwiches of my life. COVID precautions also excellent.

The worst lunch experience I've had in ages. There was a long wait to order at the counter, but that pales in comparison to the 52 minute wait for the food we ordered - 2 crepes. They locked the door at closing, and we sat there as party after party filtered out. Finally our food was delivered after my 3rd inquiry back at the ordering station. The staff was not terribly friendly - simply issued a 'sorry for the delay' when dropping our food off. No one was smiling or pleasant - they all seemed rushed and anxious. The crepes were great, if not overpriced. Could have been a much better experience without the ridiculous wait and blank stares.

Excellent sandwiches, crepes and salads made with top notch local ingredients. The space itself is noisy but there's a great art gallery you can sit in (there's local art in every room too) and a cute spot for your littles to sit and play. The lavender latte is perfect. It can get pricey, if you're not careful but the food is worth what you pay.

Cute place! Very popular. Live music on Sundays!

Crepes were delicious along with the atmosphere and experience! Entrance and access to the restaurant were a little confusing at first, but after we figured out the ordering and seating system it was awesome! Well worth the stop for breakfast if you're in the area.

I really like this place for gluten and vegan menu items. It tastes great and feels good in my body. It seems the owner is more friendly and seems more comfortable with her employees too. We come at least once a year and are new ever disappointed. I wish her success!

If you are looking for a home town food with unique selections, this is it. It came wonderfully recommended and did not disappoint! Menu featured both lunch and breakfast and sweet crepes. Would absolutely go again! Local artists provided decor (which you could also puchase if you so choose). Casual dining.
