This is an easy pick for your coffee even if you're not super close. Nothing bad to say about it. Best coffee around, great ice cream, staff and environment.

Ann Moore

The very best coffee, super efficient and friendly staff, indoor seating.

If you are in downtown Ipswich and want a decent cup of coffee, there if no better place to go. I like zumi's and would have rated them higher, but I recently paid over $7 for a quad mocha. Maybe I'm out of touch but that seemed ridiculously expensive.

Great little coffee shop run by nice people. They make great coffee and provide a comfortable atmosphere to hang out with friends. They occasionally have live music which is always fun.

Quintessential stop in Ipswich, if you want coffee and you're in town missing this place is a HUGE mistake. Not only do they offer coffee, but they also have ice cream, or why not both for a chocolatte frappe?! Live music sometimes and coffee merch with a lovely environment really makes this place a true Ipswich staple in the community.

I have been going to Zumi's almost every day almost since the beginning. Obviously I wouldn't be such a loyal customer if I didn't think very highly of this wonderful addition to downtown Ipswich. Not only are Zumi's coffees, chai and pastries excellent, but the owners are very aware of environmental issues and very supportive of the arts on the North Shore. Umesh, Zillie and Babesh Bhuju care about a lot more than selling fair trade coffee, and that attitude sets Zumi's apart from other coffee shops. A shout out to the baristas too. They are all excellent. I plan to go to Zumi's tomorrow! Alison D'Amario

Zumi's is a central part of the Ipswich community. Great fair trade coffee, wonderful relaxing environment, excellent service and pricing. You can't do any better.

Bitter Expresso, no pastry or dessert, ice cream was typical. Help was very attentive and helpful.

John Mason

best coffee in the area. Great location right in the heart of Ipswich. Friendly service and an amazing selection of coffee drinks.

Joanna Rozen

Great coffee, kind employees, and clear signs of a business with both ethics and compassion - fair trade coffee, Open Door food pantry, composted coffee grounds.
