A nice little Cafe and bakery. Breakfast sandwiches are must try. I tried the bread pudding toast (expensive) and pancakes and they are ok.
Coffee and lattes are good too.

A wonderful little bakery/cafe in downtown Groton . The offerings are beautiful muffins; scones , very creative (and large) donuts, breakfast sandwiches, bowls and sides . Everything looked delicious ! A vibrant place to enjoy a latte or matcha, etc!

I loved the breakfast bowl I got!! The staff was super nice. It's not a super quiet place for studying, but it's definitely a super cute place for lunch. There were good options for someone with dietary restrictions too :)

I went there with my husband yesterday. The place is very nice, the people and the food are amazing. The coffee is the best!
Unfortunately my toast gluten free was very hard, I was waiting for a soft and fresh toast, but I will try again anyway.

Stopped in for a quick bite before work. I had an americano, and the pulled pork breakfast bowl. Each ingredient had its own spotlight, and was cooked to near perfection (potatoes, pork, eggs, etc). Ended up leaving with a macchiato and raspberry scone as well! Wicked gooood, will be back again!

I cannot even begin to say enough good things about Salt & Light. When I was a local, I visited the cafe every weekend for the cold brew cinnamon buns and a matcha latte. Now, I live an hour away... and still drive there some weekends to get brunch. THAT'S how good it is. The owners are both amazing people and the staff there is always so, so kind. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the owners implemented delivery and curbside pickup as well as the option to purchase meals for local frontline workers. They really stepped up during a time of need and have solidified that I will be a lifelong customer. This place is a must-have.

Very nice casual breakfast spot. Great coffee, baked goods, and breakfast sandwiches on wonderful homemade breads. You place your order at the counter, and they bring it to your table when ready.

Tasty cafe-coffee selections and baked goods. Nice to have a downtown bakery with homemade cookies, scones, muffins and turnovers.

We visited here after biking from Ayer on the rail trail. You still can't go in (May 2021, COVID) but someone came right out to take our order and was very friendly and helpful. We got a blueberry scone, glazed donut, glazed with sprinkles, and cinnamon raisin knot, all of which were delicious. The blueberry scone was my favorite! We'll definitely go back. I would love to try their salads, sandwiches and drinks too!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. Good coffee and food! I'm a little bit of a coffee connoisseur and this place knows their stuff!
I had a lemon poppy seed pound cake. They asked if I wanted it heated or not. Cold it would taste very lemon-y. But heated it would bring out the butter flavor. And I was like, "Yes bring out that butter flavor!" 😅 maybe that would not matter to someone else but it was a cute touch for me. ♡
Also got these cute earrings in there
