On multiple visits, cashiers (maybe the same one) were rude, sometimes almost deliberately unhelpful. (I casually asked what was inside a cinnamon swirl pastry. She replied: "Cinnamon.") It's not everyone though; other workers/baristas were noticeably more courteous when handing me straws or drinks. The scones are decent (better heated up at home by toaster oven, if I may add). And the Spanish latte is actually really good.

I ordered online due to covid restrictions, just a few minutes before they closed. They left my sandwiches outside for me to pick up! I had totally forgotten the would be closed by the time I had planned to pick them up. Thank you for thinking ahead. The sandwiches were great.

This is our favorite breakfast spot in Edgartown. When we're on island in the off season or shoulder season we try to go as often as possible. The outdoor seating in the summer is nice. Downsides: it's popular in the summer so the lines can be long. It can be very cramped waiting for to-go orders.

UPDATE- the service has greatly improved but the food is still pretty expensive for the quality I still come get everyday on my break
Every single time I come in here the cashiers are rude or uninterested. I live here year round and the food is pretty good but a little over priced for the quality. 1 star for the staff another for the food. I visit here frequently and despite the girls attitudes and overall service I still tip.

Was told they were not selling the ham and cheese crossaints today by a smarmy barista. It was the best and I loved it, especially because I waited all week to get one, haha. Quite the jokester 🤣🤣🤣
(I got a ham and cheese crossaint)

We visited Espresso Love on a Sunday evening. We ordered a baked item and two beverages, which were good. However, the woman behind the counter was short with us and rude. She said, "is that it?" after ordering every item before letting us finish our order. She assumed I wanted the baked item dine in, so when I corrected her, she just literally threw it in a bag. Not a great experience.

This was a delicious and comfortable spot! We brought our dog and loved sitting outside in the courtyard (has shady and sunny spots) away from the bustle of Edgartown. Our group of 5 got different meals and everything was very tasty. Just wish I could bring my book and hang out here all day long....!

Terrible customer service. Girlfriend order a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and they gave her sausage and cream cheese. I returned to ask if they could put egg on it and the cashier told me she remembers the order being just cream cheese and sausage. But whatever they were still remaking it so it was fine. Then I was sitting with my mask on on the other side of the store waiting for this sandwich when a blonde employee with a polish or Eastern European accent comes up to me and says”um no” in the most rude way. I said excuse me and she said this is take out only you can’t sit there in the rudest way. There was no label saying I couldn’t sit there and no reason for her to be so rude. Customer is king don’t go here.

Great little find. Good coffees, lattes, flat whites, etc, with decent, fresh made breakfast foods as well as bakery goods. Enjoy it right there in an adorable little courtyard in the center of Edgartown, but at the same time off the beaten path. Lines can look long but usually move pretty quickly.
