Barista’s are horribly trained. They move with zero sense of urgency; they spend most of their time chatting amongst eachother. Not the place for grabbing coffee quickly before work, unless u want to be late

I stopped in to what looked like a lovely little coffee shop looking for a place to have some food and pass time while waiting for an appointment. I had purchased a coffee from Dunkin, but also ordered some food from this business to be a paying customer. The cashier waited until I had purchased my food AND SAT DOWN TO EAT before declaring in front of everyone in an extremely rude and condescending tone "I can't have you in here with outside drinks." It was completely humiliating, and at first I believed he was joking. He doubled down, and a patron near me was so shocked that he stood up to defend me and said "Really? I'm so sorry he's doing that to you." This could have been handled privately by pulling me aside, but instead, the cashier decided to humiliate me in front of everyone for something completely harmless. I will NEVER be returning to this shop, and will make sure no one I know goes in here either. Thanks for nothing. Sadly, the donut was actually very good. Too bad the staff don't match that energy.

Delicious coconut cold brew coffee! I wasn't expecting much from their lunch sandwiches, but their chicken bacon ranch was SO good. Very much pleasantly surprised on the quality, highly recommend! The staff was friendly and masked properly. The place smelled heavenly and the atmosphere was great. Would love to come spend time here after covid times, and try more of their fun coffee roasts and flavors!

Some really great coffee flavors like coconut cream and sugar maple nut. And excellent service. Only got subpar coffee once and it was replaced when I brought the issue to their attention. If you want some yummy ground coffee to brighten your mornings I'd get it here!

Creative coffee's and friendly service. Excellent local artwork adorning the walls. The space is a bit cluttered and the service was a little slow but overall it was a nice experience. Sat outside and enjoyed my coffee in charming downtown Easthampton.
