Phin Coffee House

so amazing omg. i got the specialty drink, ca phe phin, which was incredibly DELICIOUS. it was small, and had a ton of ice so not that much liquid, but every sip was worth savoring. we also got the “coconut coffee” which is basically a coconut flavored vanilla milkshake topped with coffee. it was INCREDIBLE! they have a bunch of seating and natural light and a great vibe.

This place is a gem! I missed my train by seconds and was bummed because that meant a 4 hour wait for the next one. This place turned my day around. It’s a few minutes walk from south station and the food is amazing. I got a pho burrito and it’s now one of my favorite things in the world. It came with some slightly spicy broth and it’s just what I needed. Everything else on the menu looked great too and I can’t wait to try more of it.

The first time I came here I was so touched by their welcoming and friendly staff. I went the first day they opened up. After that, I came back and each time it became better. For the first time I have a found a place that doesn't make me want to order online to avoid dealing with cashier. This place always makes me want to order in person of how friendly and kind they are. I sincerely wish more places had this nice kind of staff. Always feel good coming here! That's just one part of it. Secondly, the drinks are amazing and refreshing. One of my favorites are the Mocha and Coconut coffee! I have tried a couple others but those two are my favorites. I'm now a regular because both the drinks and employees are awesome!

This is a lovely space. It’s a very warm and friendly and it has great floral decorations. I got the Eis Kaffe, which is a German ice coffee with chocolate and ice cream. It was very good and not very sweet at all.

Seems like a nice work/study space or a nice place to catch up with an old friend. Lots of natural light and the layout is bright and simple. The staff us also kind and helpful.

We ordered pork banh mis and a chai latte. For the Banh Mi: Bread was crunchy (just slightly hard), but it worked wonderfully with the flavorful pate, sliced pork, and refreshing pickled veggies. Would definitely recommend trying. The chai latte was good too, milk was frothy and the tea was very aromatic.

After this first visit, I want to come back and try some other drinks and menu items. If I lived closer, this would probably be a go to cafe for me.

Came here specifically for their viet coffee coconut coffee and it tasted exactly like it is in vietnam. Food is also delicious! Definitely would come back

Excellent food, ambience, and service. My wife and I tried the Vietnamese coffee, the banh mi (chicken), the spring rolls (tofu), and the avocado toast. Everything was delicious, clearly made to order, and felt homemade in the best way! We especially loved the coffee and banh mi. The banh mi was a great size for the price as well - I eat a lot and felt well fed after eating it with a spring roll. The bread was perfectly crispy & chewy & fluffy and the radish carrot slaw was so fresh and well seasoned. I only wish the cream sauce had a tad more tang - a squeeze of lime or a sprinkle of vinegar. The avocado toast was the least exciting, but still well executed and tasty. The bread was very good. Quiet and calm ambience. Definitely a nice place to do some work. Very impressively efficient and quick service - everything was made to order and it came out within 5 or so minutes! 100% would recommend over Tatte, which is around the corner!

Coconut coffee is a must-try! Unfortunately it isn’t dairy-free. I also tried their Boston Creme latte and finished it so quickly! Its not too sweet as I was worried about! The pork banh mi was so fulfilling and smoked salmon bagel was delicious! I will continue to revisit!

Amazing service, friendly staff and excellent food! The barista was carefully preparing my matcha latte. We tried the Boston cream latte (a bit sweeter) and the iced mocha. All were excellent as well as the food. The service is just incredible!!!

This is without any doubt——the best coffeeshop in Boston! I had the coco water espresso and pho burrito. Both were exceptionally delicious! Whether you’re visiting or a lifelong resident, you must come support this local business! I cannot wait to visit again soon!
