Best breakfast spot on The Cape. I've never not gone to cape cod without getting breakfast from here. Excellent customer service, fresh hot food and always gets my order right.

The MERCANTILE is possibly our fave place to eat.

Had one of the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches on a bagel of my life there. Great coffee, nice courteous staff, fair prices. Will def be back every morning for breakfast next time I'm on the cape!

Awesome little shop with a massive variety of unique sandwiches. Ordered the hot rod tuna sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich and both were great! Very filling and tasty :)

A hidden gem with great sandwiches, pastries, and breakfast burritos. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend trying this place!

We were very excited to try Mercantile for the first time. I looked it up on google to confirm the hours and it said closing time was 4pm and their website says 4pm! We got in the car and drove 30 minutes to walk in at 2:26 and have them say they closed at 2:30 and were not serving food anymore, we were very disappointed. If you are going to close the kitchen before you close you might as well lock the door.

$9.35 for a bacon & egg on a dry English muffin and a large iced coffee. Compared to DPM with a larger English muffin, more bacon & cheese for $6.00. Or go to
Grumpy’s and have bacon and eggs with home fries and toast and coffee for $10.00
Plus a tip. Nothing wrong with the food and ordered a sandwich for lunch there that was fine and the price ok. But for breakfast. Not a good deal.
