Best coffee in town! I also regularly buy their coffee beans to roast at home and that also comes out delicious. No acidic stomach aches or reflux like with many other chain coffee places.

I had a horrible experience at this Mary lous. The staff were too busy chatting and wouldn’t hand over my drink and started laughing at me when I asked for my drink since the employee had their hands tightly gripped on it. After I left the drive thru I realized they gave me back the wrong change so I ended up spending $9.75 instead of $3.75. This is not ok. I love Mary lous but there is no excuse for this. DONT go to the this one. The one in bridgewater is far better and far nicer staff by far.

Please explain why you had a mother's day tip jar next to the father's day tip jar so I know what Marylou's political beliefs are.

Disgusting, staff is rude food is undercooked, I have had a bad experience here more than once. Ikik. Why go back. Because I give benefit of doubt. But when your food is undercooked more than once speculation arises. I wonder how many ppl have gotten sick from this places inability to work a microwave.

I hate to cook. That's why I'm not a chef. I hate to drive long distances. that's why I don't work for Uber. Bottom line, if you hate customer service, you shouldn't have a job at the drive-through! I drove up to the (huge) menu for the first time and immediately I was greeted with "how may I help you". I replied, "one moment please". Apparently, the attendant thought I should have memorized the menu and pre-planned my order in advance since she was annoyed and didn't even respond. When I said " hi are you there", no response. Had to say it twice and got a half-hearted "what would you like". I asked, "do you have bagels"? Silence. I asked again. "we have bagels. what kind would you like". I asked, "what kind do you have, please". SILENCE. I repeated myself "I'm sorry, but there are no bagels on the menu can you please tell me what kind you have". LONG PAUSE, SILENCE. Then ANOTHER woman came on the line "hi, may I help you today"? (apparently, the first girl couldn't be bothered to do her job and thought I should magically know on my first visit something that is not even on the menu)! I repeated myself and asked, "Hi, can you please tell me what kind of bagels do you have? "She replied," What kind would you like"? I again stated, "Can you please tell me what kind you have as they're not listed on the menu out here". FINALLY, she told me. Very pleasant, (despite telling me "we can't put butter on it, but I can put it on the side". ..strange policy, but fine by me). But the first girl really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you cant tell a customer what their food options are without being rude and annoyed, then maybe you should rethink your career in customer service.

Got two coffees wrong in a row. Never been so annoyed to tip $1. I come to this one bc EB has gotten so bad & its usually better but today there was barely any ice in either coffees, everything tasted watered down. The first one was filled with Chunks of cinnamon, wayy too much to drink. So I went back and polightly asked to have it remade. I retold the order and she double checked to confirm skim milk, not cream, then I got cream anyway. This one still tasted watery. Instead of watery cinnamon it was wattery cream. Also asked for an espresso shot and I could be wrong but I didn’t taste it in either of them. How do you screw up a remake?? Waste of money.

The menu was confusing... and when we pulled up to the window the girls were too busy talking to each other to greet us. As a person whose worked in customer service for years...I wasnt a fan of theirs.

Fresh Coffee and Donuts to choose from at this location. The service is friendly and good food always goes together.

We visited the shop almost by accident, my wife saw their sign and pulled a u-turn and we went through the drive through, not knowing what we were in for...it turned out to be a great coffee experience! If you see a Marylou's, pull in, you'll not regret it. I know because we went back on our way home!

Marylous is my favorite coffee shop. Their drinks can be sweet, I usually ask for no sugar. All the syrups have plenty.
