Beautiful cafe with trees around. I really enjoy this minimal style cafe. The coffee here is also nice, I ordered the Latte and Coconut Cake; and I enjoyed them. The latte here is so smooth and easy to drink. Itโ€™s a very good cafe to make a visit in Boston area.

Great little cafe just around the corner from the Y. I usually go for the breakfast tacos which are about $5 a pop. 4 stars instead of 5 simply because they always feel warm and not hot. Other than that, they're not bad. The Vietnamese cold brew is delicious. Service is great. Definitely a plus to people working out nearby.

Wow. One of my favorite breakfast places!! Everything they make is exceptional. I wish I could have their rose matcha tea on tap in my apartment. Great breakfast tacos, delicious pastries. Seriously cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Thank you, Glasser team ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’›

What a cute little place! Our dirty chai
and Vietnamese cold brew were delicious, as were our breakfasts. I got a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and my partner got a breakfast bowl of some sort. Absolutely loved the sweet little tile table near the window. Has two large booths inside and barstool seating by the window as well. Nice vibes. Fun!!

Seems like there may be a cult following here. I was sitting in my car out front of this coffee shop waiting to go into an appointment across the street and I saw the people coming in and out. I had to check out what was going on inside ๐Ÿ˜. The vibe here is super cool! The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the "how's it going" welcome as you enter. It's so refreshing! Will definitely come back!

Cute little artisty coffee shop. A friend recommended this local shop to me and suggested the ice rose matcha latte. It's unique because you taste the creamy matcha sweetness with the rose infused flavor. Also like the small attention to detail with the dried rose petals to top it off.

Very nice aesthetic, love the plants and decorations in the interior, cozy spot to enjoy a drink. The foodwas also spectacular, I got the breakfast sandwich and a lavender latte really loved both.

Love the coffee and decor. But unfortunately I am not fond of their disorientating music playlist. Itโ€™s giving intense rock concert not chill cafe vibes that are needed.

One of those get a latte and go places. Very very annoying to sit there and enjoy your latte and breakfast. Loud punk rock music at 10 am, just isnโ€™t for everyone. From pictures it looked a really nice refined establishment, and then you walk in and notice how out of place the music is. Itโ€™s like when you are sitting on the couch trying to relax, and 4 kids are running around going insane, painting walls, pulling your hair, laying down legos.

Glasser is my neighborhood coffee shop, and after 15 years of living in Boston, it is easily my favorite. While their coffee is exceptional, there are other independent coffee shops in Boston that serve a high-quality brew; the vibes are what put Glasser above the rest. The shop has a cute aesthetic and they play good music. There is a sidewalk patio in the warmer months. The staff are warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating and, above all, apparently content. I don't know anyone who works there personally, but having worked in coffee shops myself, I don't see any of the red flags that would indicate to me that staff are being treated poorly or stretched too thin.

For example, pickup and delivery orders can be placed online through their website, on doordash, or caviar. They do not take orders over the phone, which is a good thing. This may seem small, and I am sure some consumers will find it irritating, but I appreciate a healthy boundary. Some businesses, especially large commercial coffee shops, will take orders with up to 4 separate apps in addition to the phone and in-person. It becomes unmanageable. You start to hear the phone and apps chiming in your dreams (well, nightmares) and, in my opinion, no service job should be giving its employees trauma. I guess the bar is kind of on the floor when you consider the state of service work these days, but Glasser seems to raise it up to where it ought to be. The day that I called to place an order and they told me I had to go on their website was the day that I fell in love with this business.

These are just my observations. I could be wrong, but if that's the case, then their staff are real service industry pros, exuding confidence, competence, and warmth. Keep taking care of your crew! Happy, familiar faces are what make customers loyal for life.
