The Well Coffee House

Popped in to warm up while it flurried outside and had a great espresso (almost Italian!). My son told me later he had "the best hot chocolate of his life". Chilled for a while writing and studying before continuing on down the trail. If we happen to pass again we'll stop for sure!

I got the Butter beer Latte (frapp) decaf with almond milk! Omg this was Soo good, it was sweet but not overwhelming and they were very accommodating for me decaf wish! They have many other drinks such as cappacinos, New Orleans coffee, seasonal drinks... So good! Decently priced too... My combination cost under $6 (5.85 USD) which is great for a coffee place. I highly appreciated the accommodation with my almond milk and decaf cause I have stomach issues. Thank you so much would 10/10 recommended and will be back!!!!

Good coffee. I had the peanut brittle and my wife had the cinnamon roll and both were good. Love the fact that they give to local nonprofits.

Great coffee and atmosphere. The gentlemen working were kind and helpful. Had an Americano and a Latte. Both were delicious.

My favorite coffee shop to go to when I'm in the city for work. So many options for coffee and breakfast pastries. The staff is super friendly and their mission to serve the community is truly inspiring. They are also a non-profit organization that donates their sales proceeds to local charities in need. Highly recommend.

Best hot chocolate that I’ve had in my whole life! Stumbled upon this shop while exploring with friends, and can’t wait to visit again when I come back to Boston next year!

This coffee shop has the best taste and price for delicious drinks. The staff is very friendly, fast service makes you feel like they really care about their customers' happiness!

I just wanted to start by saying I had a really horrible experience at this coffee shop. I was visiting Boston with my boyfriend and some friends. We stopped here for a coffee and before I ordered my drink I had to use the bathroom. There was a worker there, probably middle-aged with salt/pepper color hair who went out of his way to harass me on the bathroom line about ordering my drink before using the bathroom. He claims I should have ordered my drink while there was no line and I kindly explained to him I really needed to use the restroom before I ordered my drink. He was extremely persistent and wouldn't back down, continuously questioning me in front of the entire coffee shop. After I finished using the bathroom I got on line to order my coffee and he still went on to question me about using the bathroom before ordering my drink. I was extremely disturbed as to why this was such a big deal to him. He lied and said there were other customers that were waiting for the bathroom which was completely false because I was on the line and waited my turn. This man was arrogant and completely rude and disrespectful. I would never step foot inside this coffee shop again in hopes to never run into this man. It truly is a shame because the coffee was very good and the other staff was very kind.
