Great coffee, lots of choices and the food and customer service is amazing. Definitely recommend the p.s special and an egg and cheese on a croissant its to die for

Coffee was flavorless but I didn’t get what they appear to feature: flavored iced. The bfast sandwich was ok. Professionally run but not worth going out of your way for.

Love PS Gourmet. Best if you like black coffee with a little but of natural sweetness (I like the cinnamon swirl!)!

The staff is friendly and the coffee is delicious without added sugar or artificial flavoring. Also there are so many flavors of mocha and every one I’ve tried has been amazing. If you’re in Southie you’ve gotta give this place a try

Great spot for flavored coffees. I prefer to drink my coffee black, but some cream and sugar enhances certain flavors. The flavor selection is huge, but I found my favorite flavor, which is the PS Special (!!!!). I like it with a little cream and no sugar since the flavor is already sweetened, which is enough for me.

Great iced coffee/coffee, over 50+ flavors, NOT FLAVOR SHOTS, flavoured coffee. Very nice employees. Manager is extremely polite and nice. South Boston that is, haven't been to the others

Place needs to be cleaned. Like a deep cleaning. It's always to busy with lines. Just not a well thought out business. You can tell the owner is just in it for the money. Best thing about this place is the dollar coffee. Very over priced is everything else for that matter. Truly just a joke in the wall. To the owner, wouldn't hurt to top scrub the floors( they need it badly), paint the walls, wash the windows .. hell you have a prime location. Actually give a Shh....I mean wow

Blown away by what most would consider a hole in the wall coffee shop if you drove by. They have a wide variety of sweet flavored coffees that are high in calories and and also in flavor. I went with the Nutty Bar and it was delicious, I think it was a peanut butter and chocolate flavor. Service, even with the long lines is pretty efficient.

I've been to their Roslindale location and the coffee is AMAZING. This Dorchester Street location, however, is beyond awful. The coffee is the same, but I cannot say one positive thing about the staff. The staff here is so rude and unprofessional, it's embarrassing to even interact with people who are such uncouth and disgusting. At 6am on a Saturday, when nobody else was in the store, I was told that they would make an exception for me to scoop my bagel out even though they normally can't do it on weekends because it's too busy. My brother was laughed at for asking for a little bit of mocha in his iced coffee and they spent the bulk of their time rolling their eyes and whispering about us. They literally acted like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to purchase something from them. Absolutely terrible.

Fast service even if there's a lot of customers. The staff is friendly and knows your name + order if you go there enough!
