Amazing coffee drinks. This place doesn't play fair because often even before you get through the door, the aroma is so spectacular that you want to try everything! Wide variety of freshly roasted coffee beans & the service is outstanding!
Addendum: In addition to all the other great aspects listed above, I recently noticed their plastic cups are recyclable! In spite of the little symbol on everything, #1 & 2 are the only ones "universally" recyclable & Balt Coffee's are #1. Judging from the dearth of such cups available, that CAN'T be an accident. It shows they care about the customer as well as their community. The cups don't leak if you knock them over. They have (heavy) paper straws. They upgraded their drink carry trays so the trays are still sturdy but actually fit all their sizes. They had to go to some time & trouble to aquire these items so another point in their favor!!!!

You can smell the coffee before you walk through the door. I ordered a latte and also purchased a bag of coffee to enjoy at home. SN: If you need any gifting items, Baltimore Coffee has all types of gifts available.

Smells nice inside and they make good coffee. Though, when I ordered a simple iced black coffee--by design--the ticket doesn't get put on the monitor because it's such a simple drink. The idea is that the person who takes your order just pours it for you. My server didn't know that, neither did I. I waited 20 minutes for someone to pour my iced coffee after asking them.

Great coffee and fantastic customer service. Huge selection of flavors and varieties and they have Swiss water process decaf so you can't even tell the difference in flavor. Definitely my go to spot for coffee beans. They'll even prepare any flavor they have if its not readily available, all you have to do is call in for it.

What's not to like? The coffee selection is amazing, the people are friendly and everything is reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Love their coffee! Great local spot with a dizzying array of, well, coffe and tea. They have a sweet little cafe for a quick bite or coffee talk with a friend. I love the clever hand-crafted specialty coffees, too. So much better than a chain coffee shop and perfect for little holiday gifts. Despite the industrial park-type setting, the vibe inside is homey and the service is great. Well worth a visit!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee has been great. Hardest part of the whole process was deciding which of the many flavors I wanted to start with.
If you love coffee, get here. If you just like coffee, get here and you'll love it. If you don't like coffee, they have a wall full of tea, too.

Their tea is a pleasure to drink. I can't speak to their brewed coffee, but their espresso drinks leave something to be desired. The flavors on the menu board sound great, but we've yet to order one that has enough flavor, either of the syrup or the espresso itself.

My sister works there. Call your order in to her she will make sure you get everything. The coffee and tea is made there on site. Her name is pam

This was my first time at this location, although I have been at their other stores. I love their coffees and the variety of flavors, which are available in regular and decaf. As their name suggests, they also have a variety of teas. There are always carafes of coffee available to drink while you shop or browse, and small cups for tasting something new. Sandwiches are also available, and my favorite is being able to have one specially made...choosing you bread, meats, cheeses, sides and condiments. For dessert, there is a selection of pastries, cookies, etc. If you're looking for a gift idea, there are all kinds of mugs and cups for sale. You can also order online, and choose whole beans or different grinds. The store has the advantage of getting smaller sizes like 1/4 or 1/2 pound bags instead of 1 pound bags, whereas online is only available in 1 pound bags. I believe this facility is where they roast their coffees, although because of COVID restrictions, tours are not allowed.
