Truly a special place with unique coffee. Their beans are light roasted and fruity (not sour). The quality of their products turned me into a regular weekly customer after one visit.
I know their hours are a bit strange but I highly recommend giving this local shop at least one try!

Love this roaster and shop! Moved in nearby by chance and so glad I did. Totally worth checking out on the weekend or ordering beans if you enjoy quality coffee. Thanks to the Nagadi folks!

What a lovely find. High quality coffee. Tasty baked goods. Super friendly and helpful staff. My son was a fan of the hot chocolate. 😋

You know a business is serious about their product when they don’t care about aesthetics or decor in their place. Everything is all about the coffee they sell and the coffee is phenomenal! Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Will definitely be returning!

Incredible shot of espresso. Ristretto style which normally isn't my favorite, but their beans are so great. Very knowledgeable staff. Few seating options which is fine considering it's not, nor should it be, a place to sit for hours.

Really appreciate Nagadi, as more than meets the eye. Hours are spare - they are open very limited hours though they have really good coffee and espresso drinks and you get a chance to see the roasting equipment and enormous bags of beans from all over the world - it's a good field trip too. I'd also recommend businesses they sell beans to such as Kefa Cafe in Silver Spring, which also has great ice cream! Recommend Nagadi on a Saturday morning when possible.

As far as their coffee beans go, they're absolutely some of the very best you can get it the area. Perfectly roasted, incredibly fruity-- making them through a pour-over brings out their best potential! If you want proper coffee beans, look no where else. Try their Nicaraguan "La Bastilla Estate" roast!
Their hours might be a bit awkward for some people, but they're worth a trip to when they're open!

Rotating selection of single origin beans roasted to perfection. Check them out if you like light to medium roasts.

The people working were very nice, it just kind of blows my mind that they don't carry any non-dairy milk (came in hoping to get a cortado). Firstly because there are good reasons not to drink cow milk (lactose intolerance, animal rights, etc.) but also high quality oat milk these days has gotten genuinely good, and people are willing to pay more for it. The only thing I can think of is snobbery?

Amazing coffee. True standout in the DC area! It can be a bit hard to find if you haven’t been but I think it adds to the allure. I also love the limited hours. It makes it feel like a true treat when you can go!
