Rise & Grind is great! Great people great atmosphere great pastry's and Lattes!

Have never had their coffee but feel as if I had and received the best customer service possible. A few weeks ago I bought a gift card for my son’s teacher as a gift for Teacher’s Appreciation week. Few days afterwards the teacher brought to my attention the fact that I had purchased from a coffee shop in MD and not the local shop with similar name( we reside in Iowa).

I reached out for help and asked for a refund and throughout the whole process they were very understanding and follow through with everything they promised. If I am ever in the area I will make sure to stop by and enjoy in person your awesome customer service.

Friendly staff even in the busiest times! Cute selection of gifts and merchandise. Delicious baked goods. The apple cider donut paninis are to die for!! Warm and inviting atmosphere.

Excellent atmosphere that is perfect for Rising Sun. The food is delicious and there are plenty of options. If you have a love of coffee you're going to leave satisfied. Give it a try!

I’ve come here a couple times a week and have been impressed each time I go besides this morning. I got my usual which is a large iced pumpkin chai made with almond milk and when I took a sip this morning it tasted like straight up milk. I understand they were busy but I expect each time I go back to have the same experience and was quite disappointed with it this morning. I didn’t go back in because they were busy but if they weren’t I would have.

Really friendly staff, absolutely excellent food and drink. We're in the area just for the weekend and they have bagels to impress people from NY. Their pastries were also excellent and they gave me the best Chai latte I think I've ever had

Always a go to for a good cup of joe! Baked goods are solid. Service is quick and friendly.

Wonderful atmosphere and happy smiley customer service. Very warm and friendly staff. I had an iced latte and a bagel. It was delicious so I will certainly be returning to try more of the menu and fabulous looking deserts! They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. They also give military/first responders discount!😁

The coffee was great, I got the eggnog one. A bagel egg and cheese taste great and bread was soft. However I give a 3 due to it being Covid-19 they don't appear to have any safety regulations set up, the place was packed with people and not 6ft apart, where all tables were full of people as you stand in line right next to people eating it was uncomfortable. I would just order ahead if possible if your uncomfortable for safety reasons.

So many great drink and food options. I have never been disappointed here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere is so cozy. This place is hands down, one of my local favorites!
