Great drinks and atmosphere. I love looking at their tea selections. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Stopped by in the morning around 7. Not very busy. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich (they were out of asiago bagels, so I settled for an everything bagel) and a double caffe mocha. The mocha was good, not too sweet which is great. The breakfast bagel sandwich was alright, nothing spectacular. They have a large selection of cheese for the sandwiches though which is nice. Not many places offer brie and Havarti regularly.

Whole waiting for my food I went ahead and samples the coffee they had out. There is a large selection of decaf (three options) so if that is your thing you will have more than one option. Of the regular coffees they had available two were flavored. One with what I am guessing is hazelnut and the other with cinnamon. I am not a fan of these kinds of coffee but some people enjoy it. The espresso Milano was quite good, however it appears that they serve it as a regular coffee.

Great, great coffee shop. I was very impressed with the wide selection of coffee. This is my new go-to spot for coffee when in the area.

Food is good. Huge selection of coffee and tea. Service is...I guess low energy? Tired? I don't know what it is. Maybe they just don't want to be there, which is fair, but it's great otherwise lol

I recommend! Great breakfast sandwiches/bagels and really good coffee. I truly enjoy the atmosphere too. You walk in and the smell is intoxicating and the bags of coffee beans on display is really neat. I’m glad one is in my neighborhood.

Especially like the Federal Hill blend when making Espresso. Beans are roasted locally in Timonium, Maryland. The freshly roasted beans are delivered to the store every Thursday.

A good selection of flavored coffee beans, and I enjoy lunch while shopping here.

Very limited business hours, the coffee is good but it's never hot. The service seems to be...not exactly the most friendly. People don't seem happy to be busy at work. The location is good, the products are good and the selection is rather broad which is also good. Just can't give 5 stars for a warm cup of Jo with cranky employees.

My family used to be everyday customers, but both locations went downhill so quickly that we won’t return. The staff is rude, the drinks are very inconsistent, and they only fill them up 75%. I asked for honey in my latte one day and they literally argued with me about putting it in myself - you know what, they were right, I will put it in myself at home instead of over paying for a large latte they only fill 2/3 of the way. It is my hope that the owners see these reviews and make changes to get their once great locations back to their potential, but they lost us as customers.
