Had a SMALL rolled ice cream for the first time. I couldn't finish. I would have thought it was large.
It was very good.

Their milk teas are very good but their service is among the slowest I've ever seen.
10 people in line, and as I type this I've been standing in line waiting to order for 30 minutes. These people have absolutely no sense of urgency that is required to successfully operate this kind of business and if the owner reads this, I highly recommend speeding up your process or getting your employees moving faster, this kind of wait time for these kinds of products can be detrimental and are going to severely cut your sales due to the inability to fill enough orders.

Great little place. The ice cream rolls were delicious. I love how you can design your own ice cream rolls. They have boba tea and more.

very friendly service, and VERY GOOD ICE CREAM. we dont have any trendy rolled ice cream places in hagerstown, this is the first!! and the owner gave me a free bottle of water, he’s very nice. and the wait is so short despite there usually being a line. 10/10 would recommend

Yum!!! So happy to have a place like this in Hagerstown. I had the date and pistachio smoothie. Divinely delicious! Can’t wait to try the rolled ice cream next time. My kids love the bubble tea.

A+ service they didn’t have what I wanted which was a bueno bar for the ice cream, but the owner?? (I think) went out of his way to make me one that, he said would taste like the bueno bar and IT DID!! Great guy! This is the 3rd time we’ve been here and will most definitely be back!!!

An outstanding place in a standing still location. This is not a place to be taken lightly. The smoothy taste exactly how I wanted it to taste with the choice's that I gave for flavor. Amazing smiles, and great service. 1000/1000

You have no idea how happy I am that this place exists 😭 I've been making my own boba at home for years and now I have a place to go when I'm feeling lazy lol. The strawberry and banana milk teas were great!

I’ll start with a positive and say that their drinks are really good,
I go there a lot for the smoothies despite having to wait a long time for one but I can’t even get their popping Boba anymore because I guess they got a new supplier and it’s really gross, so I’ve just been opting for none but now I’m even more disappointed because I went 20 minutes before close for the staff to tell me they’re closed without looking in my direction and now I think I’ll get my smoothies somewhere where the staff is bit more respectful.
