Sunflowers & Greens

We had two very tasty salads here and ate them at one of the tables outside. Service was quick and friendly. I can recommend the tuna salad, which had a great marinade. The smoothie store next door has the same owners, so you can grab a drink there if you like and have it at the same time.

My family and I have eaten here multiple times. We will never return. The food is fine. The staff is quite friendly.

Today, though, we were eating outside and the manager was talking on his cellphone quite loudly in the street nearby. We didn't pay much attention until he put his phone down and yelled at our five-year-old son who was merely touching the plants outside the restaurant. He snapped at him so rudely I had to confront him and ask him to be nice despite it being my nature to avoid such confrontations. We had just received our food but we left it on the table paid for yet uneaten and left immediately.

I can't tell if it was because he dislikes kids or if it was because we were the only mixed race table in the establishment. The reaction was so disproportionate to what my son was doing that I can only assume he didn't want us to be there. We were quiet, unassuming, and polite despite having three young kids. Anyway, we all left feeling completely disheartened by the treatment.

The best, albeit most expensive, salad I've had. A nice experience eating outside. The staff were very kind, even as they were closing.

I've been here twice for lunch while traveling for work and we have had nothing but exceptional service and food. Can't recommend enough! The interior is bright and sunny and welcoming and the salad options are always seasonal and tasty. Staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful.

Disappointed with the overall experience because: 1.The server created a very awkward situation by telling our party that if we wanted one additional slice of bread we should buy an entire bread loaf and take it home (how crazy is that). 2. Way overpriced for lunch - small salad was $21 (not including the tip or a drink). Overall, it was not a pleasant experience to dine here and certainly we are not going back and certainly going to make sure other people in my office are aware of the negative experience. However, I agree with the other reviews that the food is good and fresh. But for $21 for a small salad, there are certainly other choices.

Exceptional service, fresh high quality salad ingredients, lovely atmosphere, and well worth a few extra dollars. I wish they offered a vegetarian protein add-on to salads such as tofu. Most definitely we will return.

I was tickled with glee when I asked if they had Raspberry Sorbet and Chocolate Syrup! My fiancè Mac had Apple Pie A La Mode, My brother William had Pistachios ice cream and my Dad had Blueberry Pie with Peach Praelean Ice Cream. What a way to Celebrate my birthday with the people I love. Thank you, hope to see you all again.

This was so good. The lemonade was perfect amount of sour and sweet. The salads were great but it is a little pricey. The place was clean and really nice. I would go back for sure!
