Coffee is excellent, some demerits for the service. It's usually pretty inattentive (specifically at this locaiton), but on my most recent visit, I and several other people stood in line while the front-end person talked with her friend for more than 10 minutes. Legit four people walked out because they were tired of waiting. I would have left too, but I was really curious to see exactly how long the conversation would go on. Guess I learned a lot about the person's social calendar over the next couple of weeks, but it's time I wouldn't have minded in my own pursuits. The conversation finally ended when the customer friend—not the employee—was like "guess I should go since you have a long line!"

Decent place near the harbor.

Atmosphere was just ok. Coffee was good, food was average. Prime location though.

Will be back.

Service can be slow, but the coffee program is excellent. I always get the shakerado - shaken iced coffee

I bought coffee beans as a present for my family back home. They have tried it and loved it! Such a great present for coffee lovers

Great location with lot of restaurants/bars around and coffee with decent options for breakfast.
No bakery items available here.

Limited electric oulets in case you are planning to work from the cafe.

staff is courteous and the coffee is good. However it has a very sterile, manufactured ambience that make it feel impersonal. NGL, no one on staff seemed happy when I was there but they were respectful, courteous and quick about my order - helped to quell my caffeine quota of the day! However, If ever back in town, might check other places instead. Unhappy people make unhappy coffee.

Coffee is always on point, but don’t forget about the food! Love the Macro bowl!

Such good coffee! The pastries are also quite good. It's a great location too, if you want to work there.

Coffee is decent but service was rude.
I almost always have my mask but forgot it yesterday on a run, on my way out was reprimanded by the woman working at the counter. I apologized but she continued to reprimand me as I was leaving. It was obvious she was just trying to provoke and start an argument.

I understand the difficult situation, but it still doesn't hurt to treat customers with respect... If they get so worked up over the mask policy maybe provide them for customers who forget. It just left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back (I was a regular customer).

Best coffee in Baltimore! They have single origin coffees on pour over. It takes a few min but it's totally worth it. The coffee is oily and creamy and had a depth that I've only seen in super high end coffee roasters.
