We stopped here as a midpoint along a road trip. I waited 10 minutes before I was even greeted by a staff member. Went to order and the online menu is out of date and there was a more limited menu - OK, I can live with that. We ordered 2 Italian sandwiches and a Caesar salad. We waited over a half hour for our food and my husband went to check on it. They said there were a few more tables in front of us and it would be another 15 minutes. In the area we were sitting (outside in the back), there were 5 other tables and all but one of them were waiting for food. We paid for our iced tea and left. They didn’t bring change.
We left and went straight to Bigelow Brewing and had an awesome experience.

Everything was great. Creative menu. Toast for app was superb.

Great roasted vegetable salad, very different, and delicious coleslaw and 2 chickpea cakes.

What a waste of time.
We waited over 30 minutes to be told our pizzas will be ready soon, but we were served a cold soup. We waited extra 20 minutes and then we were told they did not even started making our pizzas.
We walked out hungry and extremely disappointed.

Our waitress disappeared and left us waiting to order for 20+ minutes, our one pizza took over an hour to make, and it was much smaller than we were told.. Whole experience took two hours, and the pizza didn't even taste that good.

I am a huge proponent of locally-sourced ingredients and the bread here is wonderful. That said, the service is nonexistent, the prices are excessive, and the food we received must have been made by a third grader, although that may be offensive to the youngster. When our order was messed up, no apology was offered even though we waited over 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. Support local, just not this disaster.

I had an iced latte and cookie to go . Iced latte was extremely bland , and the worst part is the straw . This straw just didn’t work . ( see the photo below) I totally support plastic free but they still had this plastic cups , but can’t get some good ( environments friendly) straws ? Ridiculous. I wasn’t able to drink my iced latte . Cookie also was dry and seems like old . And the price was high . I’m just throw away everything I got from this restaurant. Will not support.
P.S. this compostable cups will not compost without special compost . You can’t just throw them in the regular garbage box. And I’m pretty sure a lot of people do not compost them correctly, so basically it’s not eco friendly. And my husband also had an iced drink and his straw also was cracked immediately and his drink become no longer drinkable, so , the same . And we were in the car driving, imagine drinking iced latte in the car without a lid and a straw. Your answer is just excuses . We can’t drink our drinks and we paid for our drinks . That’s what really matters. Not excuses about your being eco friendly ( which is really not )
