Wonderful staff, modern chic decor, and moderately priced coffee and food! Right in the heart of downtown with a great view of the water. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for breakfast or lunch in Portland!
The coffeeshop equivalent of the DMV. More concerned with process and which door you enter and exit rather than with quality of coffee and customer service. Very smug, cold, and unwelcoming. Tragic waste of a brand new prime location and space. Only coffeeshop that doesn't let customers sit inside, how will that work in the Maine winters or when it rains? They even took away the outdoor seating they briefly had. Weird hours, closes too early, especially on the weekends. Coffeeshops are supposed to be a welcome place for the community to come together, relax, and enjoy quality beverages and bites. Plenty of other coffeeshops nearby that actually treat customers with dignity, let them sit inside, and have better quality coffee.
A bit expensive but it’s on the water front and the pastries are good. I had the berry galette last I was there and a oat milk latte which was passing but maybe a dollar less the price.
Ice coffee and iced lattes were delicious. Lattes were a bit heavy on the milk, but that's exactly how I like mine. The breakfast sandwich was fine, the portuguese role was the best part of it, but it's not made with fresh eggs. Plenty of avacodo on the sandwich.
Top 3 breakfast sandwiches in Portland, which is surprising - and that’s coming from a local. Really, really good. Coffee is great, and service is consistently good as well.
Weird reviews on here. Excellent coffee shop with top level baristas, and the breakfast sandwich/pastries are infallible. I found everyone friendly, but I live in nyc so maybe everyone seems friendly when I travel.

Fantastic coffee and baked goods! I also got a breakfast sandwich that was out of this world good, fast, and local ingredients!

The espresso had the most wonderfully sweet notes of molasses and hazelnut, and our honey lattes we're just what we needed!

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. They simply offer the best coffee and fresh baked goods.
