cute local coffee place. Friendly baristas, and adorable, appealing gifts. Favorite part was the availability of Holey Donuts. Had a cinnamon sugar donut and it changed my world. can't wait to go back to Portland to have another world-rocking donut and a delicious iced latte from Coffee By Design.

They have the best iced lattes - get one to stay for sure, as they taste extra perfect when served in the fun glasses.

Even and nice light roast brings out the cereal flavors of a good ice latte. Friendly staff too.

The coffee was good. I went because of all the reviews and other local coffee shops use their beans. I wasn't overly impressed, not to say it wasn't good or anything. i just have been to better places, however I have traveled a lot. So, is it worth your time to stop in? Depends on what you are looking for, I think you can get what they serve in other local shops.

Finding a great coffee place is like finding a needle in a haystack. I found the needle!

I decided to get a fun drink for Easter, the "peep" latte and my boyfriend got a regular coffee in order to try their drip coffee. The coffee was a nice pick me upper and both the drip and peep coffees we're rich and full bodied. The staff here we're a joy, full of life, asking questions, overall they were engaged in their customers; something you don't get at Starbucks or Dunkin these days.

In closing. Amazing coffee and an amazing staff!

Amazing coffee! We bought two pounds and enjoyed it on the shores of Acadia National Park. Perfect way to wake up every morning!

Great coffee and lots of specialty drinks we lived

I love all the CBD cafes, India Street is no exception. It's fairly close to the east end, when I lived near the Catholic Church at the corner of Franklin and Congress i would walk here if I wanted a little quieter study time. It's still consistently busy, but the door isn't always open.

Their espresso is better than their drip coffee. It tastes very acidic. I exclusively buy my coffee for my automatic espresso machine from CBD.

With so many places in town to choose I keep going back to CBD because I love their Black and Tan mix and 100ft down the road is some amazing Pizza at Miccuci's.

They also have coffee mugs, coffe makers, grinders, and accessories. It's a good time.
