Very loud, had to wait probably 4-5 minutes with nobody in front of us to place an order, wanted waffles but ended up being told their equipment was too badly maintained and wouldn't cook them. The food we ended up with was mediocre and fairly forgettable. Probably won't ever come back.

Great coffee and great place to get cozy, read a book, or get some work done! Loved the atmosphere!

the restaurant vibes are okay, but most of the plants are dying and some were dead, there was a nasty fan in the dining room with hair, dust and who knows what else in the fans cage. the floors are pretty dirty as well and it looks like it just needs a good sweep and mopping. the food is somewhat overpriced and when i ordered a PB banana smoothie bowl, the smoothie wasn’t freshly made and was very runny.

The breakfast sandwich is great but the amount of time it took to get the breakfast sandwich out was insane, it took over 30 minutes with 7 people working. I completely understand when there is a rush wait time can be long but 7 people working should minimize that.

Tasty, good prices, cozy atmosphere. Love the biodegradable to-go containers and accessories.

Cons- busy, long wait time, very crammed. Wish they had more vegan options for warm food.

The environment is cozy but the service is too slow. They prioritize takeout orders not people coming in to enjoy the atmosphere. During our extended wait time, we observed we were not the only ones with mistakes to our order. Overall, lots of room for improvement. If there is no change, people will still leave unsatisfied.

The space is super cute, and to food looks really good. The staff was ok. They looked busy, but little effort was made to greet or acknowledge the customers. Very transactional interactions.

The food is pretty good, worth the price. The problem is that they commonly forget to add extras when you ask for it, such as avacado on your breakfast sandwich. This wouldn't be as frustrating if it didn't cost extra money, though they will fix it if you tell them, but it happens quite frequently with me. Also kinda hard to place orders over the phone because they rarely pick up.

Great food and very nice space. However, the staff is very rude and seem like unhappy individuals. I’ve eaten at this establishment many times, because the food is so delicious, but I always end up questioning why I keep coming back.

The staff always seem to be put out to do anything for you. Did they make your coffe incorrectly? Want a bag or box to carry your 4 sandwiches in? Did they forget an item you ordered? Be prepared for eye rolls and heavy sighs if you bring it to their attention. I have suggested The Nest to friends who now refuse to go back because of how unfriendly the staff is.

The food is great if you can overlook the poor customer service.

The drinks here are good (have not tried the food), but the service, availability of items, and noise could use improvement. During my most recent visit, even with 3 staff members working it took over 10 minutes to order our drinks. I initially wanted a decaf latte - I don’t expect every place to have decaf espresso so I was fine with that not being available. However, when I asked for regular decaf coffee, I was informed that it ran out earlier (on a Sunday morning) and they didn’t plan on making more. My friend asked for a maple latte and was told they were out of the flavor (even though it was written on the menu). The iced passion tea was good and I’ve had good coffee and tea drinks in the past. We neglected to stay due to the noise of the machines and the loud music playing.
