Absolutely the very worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere... Espresso machine supposedly broken for over 6 months... Asked to speak to the owner about when it might be fixed or why they don't have a spare.. was told he was at the store in the next town.. so I drove the 13 miles to go talk to someone who wasn't there... I spend about $6,000 annually here.. but not anymore.

I've had better experiences at this location. I ordered 2 wraps and one of them didn't have the hash brown on it :/ however, this store has good employees and some that are questionable. I've noticed that often, newer employees aren't trained enough and don't always get help when they need it. Overall, I usually have a good experience here.. but as of late, I feel like I need to check my order before I leave the drive thru.

I go everyday to enjoy a good cup of coffee. Love the bagels n desserts. Try their breakfast sandwiches w real eggs not the fake stuff. Really satisfying.

Timmy's, my favorite! The sour cream donuts alone are worth the trip every time.

I came in around 6:30am Saturday 12 June 2021. I asked for a #7 I heard the cashier repeat the sandwich but never asked how I wanted my coffee. I didn't question it atm. I paid. It was like $4.20. I gave them a $5 bill and put the change in tip jar. So I start to wait.
The next person orders and the cashier asks how the person wants their coffee then proceed to make it. That is when it dawned on me that the cashier never asked how I wanted my coffee and that I was only charged like $4.20 (with tax) instead of the like $6.40 (with tax) I usually pay.
I informed the cashier that I had asked for the #7 expecting it was the meal or else I would have just said the sausage egg and cheese croissant. I asked if she could bring it up as the meal or at least just charge me the difference. But she just rings up a coffee and hash brown at full price for like $3.34 (with tax). So together I ended up paying $4.20 + $3.34 =) $7.54 (- $6.40 =) $1.14 more than I should have if the cashier rang it up as the #7 like I asked and even after like I asked the cashier to re-ring the order.
You might say it's only $1.40 but it's just poor lazy customer service.

We arrived at 7:20 AM on Sunday, July 25, 2021. My husband and I went inside to place our order for coffee. The employee brewed a fresh pot of dark roast for us š which we appreciated.
While we waited for the coffee I looked around the store. It was FILTHY! šµāš«. The counters were not wiped down and the floor obviously hadnāt been swept at the end of shift the day before. Prep area for bagels and breakfast sandwiches had crumbs all over the counter and crumbs on the support bars that held the spreads. There were also scraps of paper and 2 sanitary gloves laying on the floor in the prep space.
The seating area was disheveled and unkempt as well. The long bench seat was dirty and the crease in the seat was loaded with crumbs. There were many handprints on the doors and also on the front cover of the donut area.
To me, the conditions of the interior of this store appear to be the result of longterm neglect of the proper cleaning protocols. At 7:20 AM NO store should be in this condition if it was cleaned thoroughly and on the prescribed cleaning schedule.

a crum
I expect a coffee house to have a working espresso machine. This Tims has a broken machine every other week and no backup. That's on the owner/corporate. I would think they'd have more than one. Happens too frequently.

I travel all across maine, from Fort Kent to Portland and this one of the worst Tim Horton's I've been to, but it's like so many things "up north"... where else will you go?

Coffee was exceptional! I am usually a DD fan but Tim's was the only place in the area. I was not disappointed. The coffee was better quality than the stores in Bangor I must say.

The spinach egg white omelette bites are very good. The bacon cheddar ones are on the dry side. I love dark roast coffee.. but... they need to have a rugged roast. It's never dark enough for me.
