Disappointed. Overly crowded, slow service, interior was at least 15 degrees too warm and full of stale air. The coffee, once received was solidly good. Seemed to have such potential from the outside, unclear as to how to fix, but needs a jolt of energy and a fresh approach. Why is cold brew not a thing in Camden, ME?

Great coffee shop in a wonderful town. Had a delicious chai and chat with and old friend. Lovely all around.

Second visit to Camden this is my least fave coffee and service I’ve ever had. Cannot figure out why in the world this place is so popular that we would all stand outside on the sidewalk trying to accommodate distancing and wait for each individual drink to be made 5-8 min per drink. No apologies. Very proud. No thank you.

Had drip coffee and avocado toast
The coffee was fine. The avocado toast was pretty good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good service.

I want to start off by saying the coffee was great and so was the atmosphere. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the extremely rude server wearing green overalls and side ponytail. My friends and I were appalled at the way she threw a coffee lid at my friend and gave dirty looks. She needs a reality check and should never treat anyone that way.

Excellent atmosphere and staff, very inviting little place. My only issue is they have some of the worst espresso I've ever tasted. I ordered a "Espresso con Panna" (espresso with some whipped cream) and the espresso was either super over extracted or extremely under extracted because it was so sour it was almost intolerable to drink. Otherwise, a very nice place and their other options for drinks are much more acceptable.

For a place that is so constantly busy the service is always prompt, especially given the volume that zoot sees. After my first couple of visits the awesome staff remembered my order, and the coffee, without reservation is the best around. It breaks my heart to see that some folks just passing through can’t appreciate how lucky the community is to have this coffee shop. I’ve witnessed some REALLY RUDE behavior from CUSTOMERS who don't seem to understand just how hard the staff works. The staff at zoot is a bunch of saints and I do not take lightly how challenging that job is. Thank you for constantly delivering outstanding service in what must feel like an often thankless job. You keep this community caffeinated and that deserves a serious award - not just 5 stars. Thank you.

Nice medium roast latte on a cool September afternoon... Mmmmm.

Friendly staff. Super customer service, clean, including restrooms and not too expensive.
Street parking can be hit/miss, but it is free with time limits.

Stopped in for a coffee and a chai latte. We enjoyed our drinks. It did take a bit for the 4 people in front of us to get their order taken and paid for but not a complete deal breaker. My first chai latte and it was delicious. (Maybe it was a spiced chai latte 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
