They always have friendly service attendants. Patient for those like me, who change their mind sometimes. I love the prices, so much better then some chains.

Really friendly woman behind the counter serving coffee. Clean bathrooms !

Service sucks slow as the dickens. Getting through the parking lot is like driving threw a mine field I think he might need a loan to fill them in. Tim Hortons has really become second rate in the Bangor area.

This particular store is also a Cold stone creamery, which doubles the goodness. Restaurant is always clean, service good, and they send coupons in the mail for lots of great deals. Loved the paninis!

Good experience but I think it is shameful that when you order a bagel or biscuit you are charged .15
for a jam or jelly, usually need two. At least one should be provided . Most restaurants have them on
the tables with no restrictions.

Friendly staff, great food and of course... amazing coffee. I am there every single day, sometimes twice a day. Baked goods are always fresh.

This location makes the one at 301 odlin road look even worse than it already is.
This location has excellent staff, prompt service and isn't out of donuts at 8am on a Sunday.......
Odlin road, STEP UP YOUR GAME, be more like this one!

I went to the brewer location this saturday night at 8pm to get an ice cream. I went inside and ordered. She then said "i cant mix it, i already washed the counter".....ok. So i asked for a waffle cone..."sorry i dont have any". .....ok. Then i asked for hot fudge...."ill have to warm it up in a cup".....ok.... Not impressed.

Food was great, staff seemed rushed and the tables were dirty

Went there a couple of weeks ago. The employees were all on something, and I don’t say that lightly. We pulled up to the drive through and ordered off the breakfast menu. All out of tots, so we got a donut each. I ordered a grilled farmers burrito, and a GRILLED bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Pull up to the window, get the sammiches without a bag, and our drinks and pull into a spot to eat. Lady forgot our donuts so I start to go back in to grab em, no problemo mistakes happen. Husband takes a bite of his, and it’s ice cold. Again, I don’t exaggerate here, it’s cold. Cold eggs, cold cheese, cold bacon. I go in and ask for the donuts, and they’re all moving around like people on heroine. Like just standing in place but like they’re doing capoeira. I say “hey I’m really sorry but I just came through the drive through, and y’all forgot the donuts. I said which type, the guy says what kind? I repeat myself, he says sorry what? (Chocolate glazed, chocolate frosted) finally he gets it. I tell them my grilled bagel sammich is cold. The grill girl whips around and announces that I HAVE TO ASK FOR IT TOASTED. Yes people, I was told that a grilled bacon egg and cheese on a bagel must have a request to come hot and toasty. No joke. In what world do you need to ask for a grilled breakfast sammich to come hot? Who eats cold eggs, and bacon? I ask you to review this review seriously and please understand that I would not say any of this if it weren’t 100% true.
