Great coffee shop with a bookstore.

Great coffee at reasonable prices. Also, the bookstore part is dangerous! The prices for books are ridiculously low compared to their sticker prices, and you will find yourself leaving with books. I went for coffee and wifi and left with 3 awesome books. Oops.

Just wish they had more seating.

Probably my favorite place in southern Maine! Friendly staff, awesome coffee and drinks, amazing beers on tap, and fantastic food. A must visit no matter how long your stay is.

A great place for coffee, beer, or books.

Elements has been one of the locations to pop up in Biddeford over the last decade or so to really help transform the area. It provides excellent coffee beverages, a place to use wifi and/or study during the day, and at night it's a local watering hole that is classy and delivers live music and helps support local artists. On top of all that, it's also a functioning book store.

The owner, Michael, frequently can be seen working the counter, and he's a super-nice guy.

Overall, I would highly recommend this location for all of the above reasons if you're looking for someplace to duck into while you're visiting Biddeford.

Excellent decor, delicious coffee, a wide variety of books for sale, great beer at night, and a phenomenal staff easily makes Elements the coolest coffee shops/book stores/bar in all of Maine, even if it's maybe the only coffee shop/book store/bar in Maine. There's a paid parking lot adjacent to Elements but there's generally free, available on-street parking nearby. If you're in Biddeford you should check it out. If you're NOT in Biddeford, you should drive there and check it out.

The best granola bars I’ve ever had. They are my weekly treat and literally taste otherworldly. The lattes are also amazing!

So glad they're here. Still. Everything is safe and well organized. Mocha was amazing. My sister recommends the granola bar. And books!
