WOW! The ham and cheese croissant was so flavorful and delicious! Perfect crunchy outside and soft flaky inside. Buttery goodness cut by the sharpness of the ham and cheddar. YUM! The mocha latte was creamy and also sooo yummy! It was very cool to see the bakers actually making the dough and baking the loaves in their giant oven. Plus the customer service was amazing - very kind and super fast. We were in and out in 15 min with full bellies ready to make first chair (it is also super close to Sunday River!) Love this place and will definitely be back!

Food is great. Staff is friendly for sure but they don’t understand that not all customers are regular’s & don’t understand that the paper menu only at the register (not at tables) has food not seen (either in the bakery case or posted on a menu board) & they don’t want you to take the menu from the register. Recommend a QR code & folks in line could study it while waiting.

Terrific espresso, friendly service & thoughtful owner. Stop by and support this local cafe as they get established. I think they will be around for a long time!

This is by far one of the best bakeries I've been to in a long time. The quality is consistently excellent and the variety day to day of selections of pastries and croissants never disappoints. Shout out to the staff for always being so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Good luck, see you next ski season.

So so happy to have a coffee shop in Bethel again. Visited this past weekend and was super impressed! It's such a beautiful space. I had an oat milk latte and an almond croissant, both delicious. Long line when we got there but it moved super quickly!

So glad they are open!! Bagels are to die for, and they have so much more! Pastries (the almond croissant was sooo good), fantastic Greenwood Coffee with a great espresso machine, breakfast sandwiches, and I love, love, love, all of their local artisan (Mattie Rose!!) merchandise. Their coffee mugs are amazing, too! Decor is top notch, love looking at the vault door. Everyone was friendly and super knowledgeable. Wish them all the success in the world and I can’t wait to go back.

I'm so glad the Gemini Cafe is finally up and running and has been for quite some time. It is an invaluable service to the community, the owner and bakers have been professionally involved in the community for years. They bring with their experience and skill a new experience a wonderful environment and fantastic food And pastry.

Absolutely the best thing to hit Bethel. Food is amazing. Staff is friendly. Cafe is clean. If you plan on eating in arrive early as it is always busy. You will wait a little bit because of how busy it is and food sells fast. Enjoy this treasure....I am.

Since I found out about the Bakery a week ago I've had about 10 of their sticky buns and chocolate croissants.. Simply amazing .... And their breakfast sandwiches are incredible, fresh and somehow quick...... First class all the way around!

I'm grateful for this bakery. Their croissants, baguettes, and fresh breads are a taste of Europe. I'm must admit that I have a Pavlovian response when heading to Bethel from our nearby town; just the thought of their fresh-baked goods makes me crave them. I'll be back...many, many, times.
