Bangin' Whoopie

We bought a blueberry and cream cheese whoopie pie. Sooo good! It was like the tops of two blueberry muffins cut off and used to sandwich a cream cheese filling. The blueberry in the cake came through very well and was delicious. We can't wait til were back in the area so we can try other flavors!

I don't know how they did it, something " down home" gourmet. The person selling the whoopie pies had knowledge about the products, and samples.

Buyer beware, overpriced and frozen. My mother in law came up to Maine to visit and meet her new grandson. She wanted to order some whoopie pies to bring back home. They demanded payment over the phone. It was over $40 for a dozen. We went to pick them up today and they were pulled out of the freezer. My mother in law asked if they had any fresh and the lady at the counter said they pull them out of the freezer as needed. I'm outraged that she spend over $40 on frozen whoopie pies. When we got home she called and asked to speak with a manager or owner. The lady she spoke with didnt care about her concerns and denied having a supervisor. The whoopie pies are also squashed and misshapen. What a disgrace to the Maine community.

I had a whoopie pie from shaws and was craving one the day after. I was a bit surprised the whoopie pies here weren't better after trying. I had the celebration whoopie and the s'mores, very meh and was still partially frozen.

This is a new business so im sure they're still working out a few kinks, i'll give them a second shot. I want this place to be good.

Update: Tried Bangin' Whoopie again. Very disappointed.

Just recently learned this place existed. I have already tried almost all the flavors of their limited menu due to covid 19. I must say they are amazing. There is a flavor for what ever mood or craving you might have. I can't wait for them to be able to open up fully again so I can continue to try the rest of the flavors not currently being offered. Definitely a place to stop.

Nice little shop. Has many choices of flavors of whoopie pies. I even found cute little snowman decorated whoopie pies there today.

Excellent handmade whoopie pies. Many flavors of whoopie pies and other treats such as truffles.

The associate had knowledge of the product and was friendly!
The product on the other hand was awful. I didn't even finish mine.It was Over priced for the size and Very artificial testing. I get better whoopie at gas stations.

Best place ever! My family of 5 has a tradition of whoopie pies instead of birthday cakes and this is our go to spot. Can't be beat.

Not bad but you can find much better at convenience stores for cheaper which is a shame. They really taste kinda artificial.
