Birdman Coffeehouse and Eatery

A very quaint breakfast "eatery" inside a small old "shotgun" style house! The breakfast items are simple and delicious and, served with choices of breakfast drinks including "cold coffee" to Hot Tea! The service is very good without being rushed.There is a lot of ART on the walls and mostly from "local talent!" Making this older building even more intriguing. The seating ranges from tables for two, to a table for 6, along with a "lunch counter" that seats up to 10! It is a "family owned and operated" establishment! The Birdman is a very friendly and enjoyable dining experience in The Old Downtown section of St. Francisville!

What a fun, fantastic place. I’ve never come back to the same restaurant two days in a row before. But on day 1, I was caught off guard by the friendly service and friendlier regulars (one who bought me my breakfast!?). On day 2, the barista remembered my order! After one day! Great coffee, funky art, affordable, and an environment I want to keep coming back to.

Visited the cafe to catch up with friends and I must say, the sourdough bread was such a treat.to bring home to my family. Very tangy and dense bread! Great job to the baker. The coffee and atmosphere were very nice too.👍✅👍✅

Wonderful little place for breakfast and good conversation. The menu is surprisingly robust with baked goods as well as egg creations. I thoroughly enjoyed my 'Breakfast in a Cup', which featured eggs, bacon, and grits. A southern delight in this delightful southern town.

One of my favorite places in town. Coffee is the best, food and atmosphere is great!!! The people are friendly, it is a very cool place to go have a yummy southern breakfast with some homemade pastries too.

We had breakfast there on Sunday morning. The food was great! We had little trouble finding a table, even though the place was full of customers. Kudos to the staff. They were on the ball, and made the visit a pleasant one.

Small cozy casual restaurant that persons interested in books, music & art would enjoy. Limited but varied menu. Only open for breakfast and lunch but coffee, tea & cold drinks as well as homemade pastries & muffins available until 4 pm. Does not serve any alcohol. Sometimes has musicians performing on Sunday afternoons.

I always enjoy coming to this quaint gem of St. Francisville! It’s friendly, cozy, and has a great breakfast!
Sometimes I swing by for a Mocha after a hard day of teaching school. I love-love Birdman! Plus... it’s artsy! 😊

I was amazed to be passing through and find a real coffee shop, and it was terrific! I had one of the best mochas ever, and it was made without the use of most of the automated machines that the "chains" use these days. The process takes longer, but the results were great. Good brand of espresso beans and good brand of chocolate, too. I'll definitely be stopping again.

I went with my son and we both ordered the pancakes. They were a little dry. The atmosphere is awesome. The wait staff is amazing. We will go back.
