I was really excited that we were finally getting an At Home decor store here in Shreveport but after today's visit I will no longer be a customer. I found a headboard and footboard that I wanted to purchase on their website and made sure to put in Shreveport as my location. Made my way over there to be told they didn't carry any footboards.What???? I asked the manager why the website informed me that they had it in stock. Her response was that the website is not working properly and that corporate was aware of the problem and is fixing it as we speak. So pretty much deceiving the customers. She then proceded to tell me that the Tyler location was an older store and may have it in stock. She didn't offer to contact them for me knowing that I was frustrated.I walked away upset obviously but to add to my aggravation, she located me a few minutes later to ask me if I wanted Tyler's number! Ughh!!! I was beyond aggravated! So I thought maybe I should try calling Tyler. I really liked the footboard. I called and wasn't able to speak to a live person. One prompt said to go on the website to see if that location had the item in stock and then another said to leave a message and someone would contact me. From reading other people's review on thier FB page, finding someone to help was difficult. This was my other issue with the store. It took me at least 10 minutes to find an empIoyee to help me locate the headboard and took 5 minutes before the manager showed up. Horrible experience.

Place has a huge selection on household decor may be a little pricey but they are objects you will hardly find anywhere else

Loved the store and the massive selection. Only gripe I had was the person who checked us out had very limited knowledge, but he could have been new or having an off day.

Black Friday. Almost no Christmas trees left in stock (I don't think they were Black Friday items) and store staff didn't know if or when they might be restocked.

One of the largest home organizing sections I’ve seen in a long time! As a professional organizer I’d check them out first in the Shreveport area.

Large store for home items, but often do not find much when I’m here. It’s more of a fun place to browse on a lazy day when you need some inspiration.

This store is huge. They have just about everything for any style of home decor. I always spend so much when I come here.

Big store with a huge selection. No one there to organize or inventory.
So much in disarray that they clearly are not worried about the product they sell as long as you are coming in to buy.
