Nothing says iced white mocha with 3 shots of espresso like the taste of straight milk and whip cream.... Very disappointed 😞 I'm just gonna stick to Tamp N Grind they never let me down!

They got my order wrong and there was so much foam in mine that it was half empty when I got it. My husband got the same thing as me but actually ordered the hot version (mine was supposed to be iced) and his had no foam and was full. Had we been able take the time and ask for them to fix it, we would have, but it is what it is. It tasted alright but I probably won't go back. The scone was good though.

Great coffee. Great batistas. Owner is very down to earth.

Absolutely terrible. Coffee is water’d down and when you order food to go apparently they give it to you “ refrigerated” for you to heat it up on your own. Lol. Imagine ordering food and they tell you we purposely sent it cold for you to microwave it up.. hmm sketch. Dont waste your money!!

The Café Au Lait (Iced) was good. The employee got our orders quickly. And it is very inexpensive.

Small shop but great coffee.

Just got the community coffee with half and half. It use to be much better but I had to choke it down. The people are very nice and the place is clean and quiet.

I had high hopes for Hidden Grounds but left disappointed.

The kolaches and flavor of my pumpkin spice latte (basic, I know) were decent, but both hot beverages we ordered were, at best, lukewarm. The breve my partner ordered had little flavor besides that of milk.

The store atmosphere was a tad too religious for our taste, as well. This was the result of worship music playing overhead, religious literature on the table(s), and an intense biblical discussion taking place between two customers in the corner. We, of course, remain aware that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs & opinions.

The total for our two large coffees and two kolaches, including a $1 tip, came to approximately $17.

We will likely stick with Tamp & Grind when in need of a coffee shop in the Alexandria/Pineville area, as Hidden Grounds just wasn't for us.

Got the white chocolate frappuccino and it was delicious. They worked smooth even though we had around 15 orders. Prompt and kind service!
