Coffee & Norco

Typical of Norco... This place is mediocre. I try to give it another chance all the time but each time I am not impressed. For lunch I give a 2 star review is only due to the fact of the decent roast beef sandwich, EVERYTHING else is meh. I am speaking for lunch time only though. I haven't had their breakfast sandwiches but like their donuts thus I give a 3 star review. I suggest slimming down your menu to specialize in some quality items. I feel like i may be giving too much with 3 stars sorry yall.

The first time I went, It was perfect...the day shift was unbelievably nice and attentive and they pampered us like we were their children at the dinner table, it felt really comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. I fell in love with this place instantly, but just two days later on Friday night 12.20.19 around 10pm...the crew was not so nice. The lady who took the order over the phone was rude, when asked "what sides were available", she replied that she didnt have enough time to tell us what sides they have...WOW! My food was subpar this time, the biggest problem I had was the portion...this plate should have been every bit of $5 the way it looked and I paid $9 for it...it wasnt presentable at all...it was like a small fry with about 10 small shrimp...$9?
Now, I have no problem with $9 as long as I am receiving $9 worth of food.
Having said all that...if customer service was enjoyable this time, I probably would have never complained...but I do want them to fix that issue because there are plenty places in the vicinity that offer larger portions for at or around the same price. So above all let's work on that customer service night shift!!! I love this place and I'm looking forward to them doing great things for a long time and this will only happen if they heed to constructive feedback and continue to get better!

Everything you want in a coffee shop and more! Open 24/7 with a Great atmosphere —Friendly service and REALLY CLEAN. Food is cooked to order. I’m impressed. It’s a great stop by on way to airport via I-10 to 310.

Call and make sure they're open before you go. Because even tho website says open they just close at 8 sometimes.

The last 5 meals I ordered were nasty and either over or under cooked with a side of attitude. Donuts are great but that's it. Wouldn't recommend beings I got the bad end of the deal the last five times in a row.

Great potential here. I love the location except for the lack of parking, the food is good, the service has been really good each time I've gone, and the prices are reasonable. Your experience will be whatever you make it. Hopefully the coffee is changed, or maybe I got mine at a bad time. I'll be back to try it again.

My wife and I went this morning and enjoyed our Sunday morning breakfast, before finishing up some weekend errands. Quality service. Eggs and grits were good.

This place was ok in the beginning but now they are just all over the place. The manager is so disrespectful, the workers all look miserable and they take forever for any and ever thing. And they always mess up the simplest orders. They need better service.

The drive-thru is slow as can be. I recommend they get a speaker so they can order before the people get to the window. I waited 5 minutes to come up with my order and someone was still parked in front the window
