Reliable, reasonable, tasty food. Very clean. Friendly owner does much of the baking and cooking, and is usually on site. A very good sandwich and salad selection, with daily hot specials.

Fresh food, friendly service, & outdoor seating. Wonderful breakfast/lunch menus & great hot/cold tea selection. I really love this place.

Breakfast here reminds me of my childhood breakfast place in Abita Springs. Including the old geezers that meet up and chit chat for a few hours in the corner.

But seriously, the neighborhood vibe, THE COFFEE AND ESPRESSO ARE GREAT, and aside from the fact that you may be waiting 15-20 minutes for your meal, it's more than made up by the fact that the food and the atmosphere are exactly what you came there for in the first place.

Despite the neon sign saying it was open, and a half full dining room, we were turned away for dessert. We were not even offered the option to take a dessert with us. It was a shame, because the desserts in the case looked great.

Love sitting outside on Canal Blvd and enjoying the breeze (in spring, of course) and having breakfast w family and our dog. Biscuits used to be amazing, have taken a step back, but still good

Got the food delivered by Waitr and it was outstanding. Seriously great. Ceaser salad with shrimp and a cup of the seafood soup. Was seasoned well and delicious

Service was on the slow side. Lots of up charges for side items. Kinda pricey overall but decent fare in a relaxed setting.

Randomly found this on our last day - delicious and well-made coffee. Clean and comfortable atmosphere, tasty food. A great place!

Coffee is okay, but they have one of those awful signs about "no one wants to work" which can only mean they no one wants to work there, and I'm not surprised. I saw the sign and walked right back out again. Shan't go back.

Friendly crew, clean facility, great food and coffee. My croissant sandwich was so beautiful I hesitated to eat it.
