I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Nolachie with a cold coke I sit down to eat and noticed my drink was warm. I go to the counter and ask for a cup of ice and was told I had to pay .55 for a cup of ice. I politely asked the cashier why am I being charged.55 for ice when your serving warm drinks the cashier said it’s for the cost of the cup I replied if you had sold me a cold drink I wouldn’t need a cup of ice. Good customer service would have been to acknowledge that either your refrigerator was not working properly or Ponchatille is purposely selling warm drinks to force there customers to purchase a cup of ice. I will not patronize Ponchatille again.
