Exactly what our city needed.
This beautiful cozy little cafe has done a great job of satisfying the need for a coffee shop/cafe in New Iberia that serves quality foods/drinks.
Ambiance is perfect for gathering with friends/family for a nice lunch and good coffee. Decor is done tastefully and seating design is versatile.
The menu is creative and has healthy items both adults and children can enjoy. Serving size is perfect.
The staff are the kindest most welcoming people I have had the pleasure of meeting/talking to in the service industry in the US. You are made to feel extremely welcomed and valued as a customer.
I highly recommend this cafe and will visit often.

Isaac greeted us as we came into the quaint and adorable new cafe in New Iberia. Ms. Nicole the owner was present and so sweet. Waffles are delicious! The bacon egg and cheese croissant was good. My children had a king cake latte and hot chocolate. They all enjoyed their drinks. This was a wonderful experience.

Good service in a nice little place. I had the crab cakes with stuffed potato and salad. Well I was excited to try this place out but ended up spending a premium on a few bites of food. The 3 cakes were just a couple bites each and if you think you will fill up with the stuffed potato, wrong, it too was just a small scoop in a foil cup, again just a few bites. It was a pretty little plate and tasted good but I had to stop by Taco Bell after because I was still hungry. The food also did not come out at the same time. It was only two of us and the place is very small, making it impossible to overwhelm the kitchen. It was just myself and a companion and my food come out first. I waited to eat a while then just had to eat because it was getting cold. When I finished I had to ask where the other dish was, it came out quickly after. The table next to us told us they had the same problem. The staff was nice and helpful. I felt like we spent enough money to feed 3 but barely could feed 1 which it’s sad. For this price the crab cakes should be larger and you should get a whole stuffed potato at the very least.

Such a cute place!! The staff was super friendly! Isaac and Ms. Nicole made sure we were comfortable and we loved the games they had available! We had a latte and a frozen hot chocolate with espresso and everything was amazing. We will definitely be back! You have to try the pound cake with the murry butter!

The owner was kind enough to keep her doors open to accommodate our church choir after a funeral Saturday. She and her waiter Isaac served us delicious food and drinks and dessert. We couldn't remember when we were so catered to. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we sang Christmas carols for the host. We will certainly go there again.

Wanted roast beef panini. No roast beef, even though it was on the menu.
Settled for ham. Wanted provolone cheese. None, even though it was on the menu. It was a simple ham and cheese on toast. With tip and extra charge for using credit card it was over $11.00! To go!!! Extremely overpriced and overated.

Great latte and beautifully prepared poppyseed almond flavored muffin, heated and drizzled with honey and garnished with blueberries. Very friendly service.

Very delicious panini, veggie soup and dessert! Quaint little bistro tucked away down Church Alley.

First off, let me just say— this was my first experience with any sort of “back alley” location. Where I’m from I’ve never seen that sort of thing before so already, I was charmed before I even stepped in the door. A very friendly passerby who pointed out parking and then the bistro once we accidentally passed it turned out to be the owner— who just moved away from where I’m from! There was no way to plan for it but that extra touch was a huge comfort that only added to the experience. Thank you Mark for the warm welcome and for chatting with our group. That was our last spot before we all headed our separate ways back home and it truly felt like family.
Sorry, sorry… onto the product! I had an iced caramel latte that was so delicious I would’ve ordered another had I not had a 6 hour drive ahead of me! The ham and cheese croissant was delicious; so flaky and soft, buttery but not greasy, just wonderful. I also tried the classic cream cheese stuffed French toast and let me tell you, I order French toast almost everywhere and this was a total win in my book!!! The baristas and cooks did a great job getting our food and drinks out for such a short notice large party.
The interior is absolutely adorable as well. Rustic but modern, cozy but clean, very energizing. I could see myself working for a couple hours on something, or I could see myself sitting back with a good book for a long while too :)
I cannot wait to come back and spend time here again!!!
