Evolve Coffee + Matcha

Great food and drinks. Peaceful environment. Lovely staff.I Highly recommend Evolve. The Lavender latte is so delicious and their macaroons to die for.

A year later and still making killer lattès always updating the flavors.

The macaroons that are served here are so good. I’ve only had the mocha latte, but it’s never disappointed. I always recommend Evolve to anyone in the area that wants a nice, quiet place to enjoy some coffee and small desserts.

The owner is super nice and helpful. She recommended me the lychee matcha tea and it was amazing. Would absolutely recommend. The atmosphere was also very calming and cute. I don’t live here but if I did it would be a regular for me.

very clean and friendly. I tried the hot evolution (matcha + espresso drink) and it was great. The matcha, even mixed with espresso, created a vibrant green foam which is indicative of quality matcha powder. this place is a hidden gem in the area, and I think everyone should give it a try :) definitely rivals some of the popular inner-city cafes I frequent.

I am craving the cappuccino with hemp milk right now... Can't wait to try the new fall flavors. Pumpkin spice latte is next! Love her reading nook area. She has a nice selection of good reads.

I love this coffee place! It’s one of my favorite coffee shops when I want to treat myself to a fancy coffee beverage. They have several innovative coffee and matcha beverages that are delicious and the baristas are so nice. It’s a gem in Metairie.

Great experience, delicious rose matcha! Loved the atmosphere and decor. Nice to feel normal again outside of New Orleans ridiculous mandates.

I come here often to pick up bags of locally roasted coffee. When I do I always get a double shot of espresso. Sometimes as a treat I'll get the frozen evolution. (Sometimes even between bags of coffee too) Staff is knowledgeable on coffee matcha, and very friendly!

Amazing coffee. Visiting from Florida. Very peaceful spot, but vibrant as well. The coffe is delicious. The customer service is excellent and this place will do really well. Thanks for a great experience! God Bless
