I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I placed an order with waitr using a group order code. My order was not delivered. The restaurant specifically told the waitr driver he had everything. Pho Hoa refused to refund me for food I never received. The woman I spoke with on 12/7/21 at 2:12 was EXTREMELY rude on the phone saying "there is nothing she can do" and she "cannot refund". So I paid $30 for nothing. I will be reporting to BBB.

This is the third time I have tried to eat at the new Pho place in town and every single time I have come I have been turned way bc they close 30 minutes to an hour before their posted closing time. I always eat at Pho Home or Saigon Noodle and never have this issue. I highly recommend sticking to the places that won’t turn you away for a quick delicious bowl of Pho. I watched them turn away multiple customers while I looked for another place to eat and then they all walked out and locked the doors at 8:30 🙄
They told me they would not serve me in the dining room bc the dining room closes at 8:30 and I could only order to go yet I had showed up at 8:20 and as we all know Pho is just not the same to go AND it takes no time to put a bowl together. Anyway, good luck to them in the future with an attitude as if I’m annoying for coming in to eat 40 minutes before close. ✌🏽

We ordered Mango and Strawberry smoothie with bobba in it (paid extra charge for bobba)but we received smoothies without bobba and taste was very bad both were in bitter taste .

Food was decent to good. Wish there was more beef in my pho. But what was worse was the service. Our waitresses messed up our orders, forgot to give us utensils and a kids cup, forgot our appetizers, and she didn't even know which bowl had which meat when handing it out to the table. Maybe with more time, the restaurant can improve their service.

My wife and I stopped in to see what it was all about and we were so glad we did! The food was great even if you’re not adventurous, and the atmosphere is very clean and contemporary. Also, if you’re in the area and looking for a just smoothie or tea they are definitely worth stopping in.

Well, they seem to be a week from when they should have opened.

We spent an hour there. 30 mins to get the wife's iced tea and my Vermicelli bowl. My bowl had very little flavor so I asked for another fish sauce... That took at least 10 mins to get.

My wife and daughter NEVER got there food. Technically my daughter did but they brought the chicken instead of the beef she ordered.

At that point it was almost an hour so we just told them to cancel our order and I asked for a Togo container so I could bring it home and add some flavor.

They still charged us for our appetizer and my bland food that I couldn't even eat there.

Even once they get their act together it would never be worth it.

Save some money and get better food at Pho Saigon!

I am appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disrespect that was shown to my daughters & I at this establishment. It is posted, on Google AND Facebook that they open at 10am. We went there at 10:35, walked up to the door, and walked in (we were simply there to purchase boba tea). It took a moment but a young girl walked out and rudely stated that they weren’t even open yet and said “you can order but we don’t have any boba tea yet”. She was angry at us for being there too early but yet also told us that Google, etc. were all wrong. Her logic in being mad at us, and treating us poorly over something we weren’t aware of is baffling to me. To the manager or owner, might I suggest not only getting it changed online but in the meantime post a sign on the front door, keep the doors locked if you aren’t open yet, and invest in customer service training for your employees.
