I went there this morning around 10:23 and I observed that none of the employees were wearing masks. There was no notice on the front door indicating that masks must be worn. Very disappointed. Three stars are for the white chocolate raspberry scones that I purchased....so good. The owner should address this location because if bars can be closed for not following guidelines, PJ’s Grand Caillou could be next.
New review for 02/15/2022. I went to this PJs this morning for two croissants and asked the barista to input my cell number to receive my loyalty points and I never received them. Looking back on my history, the last time I received loyalty points from this location was in May 2020. I have no problem at the location on Saint Charles St. with receiving my points which is out of my way since I live on the Eastside. Seems that the baristas on the Eastside haven’t a clue or proper training. Hopefully I’ll hear something from the corporate office which I have emailed my concerns.
Sometimes my coffee is on point and sometimes it’s horrible. Just not consistent and can taste measurements are off(maybe new girls need more training). 4 times out of a week my husband stops to get us coffee and only one time this week we’re we both satisfied. (We love going when kisha worked bc our coffee is made perfect) East location is so close to where we live, but I would personally say west location is more consistent.
*** Editing bc I have recently gone to this location 3 times in the last week has been SO much better. Baristas are doing a much better job!
Terrible. I had melted cheese on one of my almond croissants and the barista didn’t input my cell number for my loyalty points which I requested her to do.
Nice little place, good coffee, just a bit noisy (the grinder mostly). Btw as of today, google maps gave me the wrong route. Don't trust the going around the autoparts shop. PJ's is on the main road, in a new tiny shop complex
Love it 😍🙃😁 l love me some good coffee from PJ's. Oh I had to have my coffee every morning when we were at the hospital on Jefferson Hwy. Ochsner Main Campus .It was worth walking for ☕☕.

Awesome little local Louisiana coffee house that you can buy 2 coffees for the price of 1 Starbucks.

Every time I go there they can't seem to get my order right, it kind of reminds me of McDonald's..

Friendly staff, really good coffee and snack selection. The Wi-Fi was a little slow for what I was doing, but as a coffee spot, I'll go back again.
