Oh my! The iced Expresso 22 is addictive! The coffee is good quality and consistent. I have not had a bad cup yet. Every trip is as good as the last.

It's a cozy and clean location as far as chain coffee places go. The quality of coffee and other products are not bad. With the exception of the management, the staff is not knowledgeable about coffee in several of my experiences.
