We visited here for the first time and were impressed. The pork chops were amazing and I loved the hash browns. We will be coming back.

Wonderful, down home eatery. Polite service and rich food make Carli-Co Cafe a staple of the Gonzales restaurant scene. Most locals have a favorite dish or two and everyone knows they are open early. Great for groups, which is how I usually eat there, and for business (i.e. they have free Wi-Fi and high bar stool seats for the laptop crew). Carli-Co is a special place worthy of all five of those stars.

Horrible. 45 minutes to get food. Son never got food at all. Waitress wandered around aimlessly, completely unorganized. The food that arrived was cold.

It's small and dated but you have to start somewhere there staff is really great and welcoming and the food is pretty good as well it's like a mom-and-pop IHOP but I love it
