PJ's Coffee

Everything says opens at 6:00 am on Sunday. They are of course closed, with employees telling me they can’t serve me until 7:00 am. Don’t trust the times listed for this site. If in a rush get gas station coffee!

What is going on at this pjs location lately! I live in the neighborhood and come here daily and for the last 2 weeks its been terrible...this is the 3 time in 2 weeks I've had to leave the drive thru because I sit for 20 minutes without moving at all! This is my only coffee spot omw to work and I've had to go without because I don't have half an hour to kill in the drive thru? What happened to the morning crew during the week I loved them bring them back please!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Locally roasted and owned, delicious, good service

I saw PJ's coffees all around when we were exploring the area and I was really excited to try them out. I was not impressed with the service I got, the drink quality, the food quality, or the price of the items. For two drinks and a muffin I paid almost $15 which is asinine. The hot coffee that we ordered was very bitter and obviously old even though we went relatively early in the morning. My iced coffee was okay but was also bitter. And our muffin was stale. I definitely would not go to another PJ's coffee instead I would go to a local coffee shop or a chain like Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts.

Guys, what's going on here? Where is the quality products and customer care that Phyllis built PJ's on? I thought maybe it was a fluke that I received a partially frozen breakfast sandwich one day. However, it's happened three times. Three. My drinks are never stirred. My milk is usually incorrect. I can't have regular milk. I can only have almond or soy- and yes, I will know the difference in about 5 minutes from one sip. I grew up on PJ's and I love the coffee. I'm very sad to see this brand take such a dive in the last decade. It's not just this one shop- it's almost all of them. There's a shop in New Orleans East that is doing amazing work with quality and customer service. I suggest the other locations reach out and see what that shop is doing to make customers drive to the middle of no where just for their coffee.

This PJs used to be so good! But someone needs to step it up the orders are always wrong, you wait in line like 20 minutes and some workers have been so rude! And please look at the granita machine they are never made right...

We waited in the drive thru and no one came to the window. We decided to go inside and the worker didn’t come to take our order. She saw us yet didn’t acknowledge us. She continued to do whatever she was doing in the back room. Needless to say, we left.

The granita machine was broken for months. They aren't clear about their hours. Often out of other items. Supposedly the baristas aren't paid fairly. I have better luck with River Road Coffee house.

Stop here several times per week. Quick service,friendly staff, good coffee. I always order the skinny caramel latte and it is always the same,never different. I drive up in the parking lot and when I walk in the shop the staff start fixing my coffee. Very pleasant staff.

Literally always have something wrong with my coffee. Most of the time it's so overwhelmingly sweet, even after specifically asking to lightly sweeten, if I'm spending the money on coffee I'd like to actually taste it. Asked for an iced mocha, my typical Starbucks drink, and received chocolate milk with coffee added to it. Iced coffee so sweet its syrupy. Never dependable. Maybe train your baristas how to actually prepare coffee beverages.
