Gross lack of consistency. Employees obviously are not trained. I buy basic coffee’s, like their original recipes. The first time I went here my coffee was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. The second time I visit my coffee was so sweet I couldn’t drink it.

Coffee is good but sometimes cup is not full and extra ingredients in my order is forgotten so don't go through drive thru

Asked for an iced Carmel mocha they went ahead and made me a drink so sweet I now have diabetes. Only .03% sure there is even coffee in it...We went to a PJs in Hammond and they fixed it for us. They were very nice and made the coffee 100x better. Recommend avoiding this particular location.

pulled into drive thru; sat for several minutes; no one asked to help me; thinking that the speaker was broken and everything around and including the menu board looked umkempt and in need of attention; no one came to the window; - so pulled back around, got an answer, asked for a NON-HEATED scone & small decaf coffe with creamer; got a scone HEATED and a flavored coffee with no cream; kid behind counter wearing athletic shorts (not appropriate for serving customers); kid who came to the window had a NOT good customer service attitude; same attitude on phone - as if I was bothering her; will NOT patronize this location again

This is a very nice coffee shop. A great place to meet friends or business associates. The staff is friendly and the service is great. The shop is also right off the main road yet it is fairly quiet.

Support local businesses! PJ's is ALWAYS the best especially compared to the "out of towners"- Starbucks which is Seattle owned and ALWAYS disappoints. Louisiana has the best coffee hands down.

Every morning they get something wrong. The other day I ordered my usual Cafe au lair and blue berry muffin. Got to work and it was a plain black coffee and egg fritters.

Better than the alternative(SB's) that had 20 cars in line! Got our coffees in 5 minutes and taste better!

Good coffee and well placed near the interstate. I was craving quality coffee and saw the PJ's symbol on the blue "food" sign. Like an oasis on the desert. I love PJ's from NOLA
