They definitely appreciate the regular customers and actually remember what you drink.

This was a top notch place for coffee. They had all the various espresso drinks. The brewed coffee was awesome! There were several different kinds of dessert/pastries. There was a fair amount of seating and the place was very clean. It must be very popular because there was a lot of people there. There was adequate staff and they were very efficient. The girl taking orders was very friendly. I'd stop here before I'd stop at a Starbucks.

The wait in the drive-through is too long. I always ask for what I want and get a different size, or a completely different order. Not worth the $, looking forward to other options in Carencro.

Service was outstanding and my sugar free hot chocolate was perfection! Enjoyed my pit stop!

The service time is absolutely abhorrent for the drive thru! 15 cars deep at any given moment during morning hours. They need to operate like the one on Johnston & south college by sending someone outside to grab orders ahead of time.
Go inside if you come to this location.
A major chain could easily wipe the floor due to streamline operations.

This is the worst location I have ever experienced. I live close and although convenient I will now drive to the location in River Ranch.

They have gotten my order wrong twice in the same week. I ask for a grande and I was given a tall which is 3/4 foam. The drive is super slow and it appears there is a high turnover. Even the coffee has been given “warm”, a muffin was smashed and they expected me to just take it. I could go on but I won’t pay for this kind of terrible service. I’ll never go back.

Just waited in line at the drive through for 33min and eventually had to leave or I would have been late for work. That’s ridiculous and there is no reason for that. Won’t be going back.

Definitely the best coffee in Louisiana, HANDS DOWN. There Turtle Mochasippi Fraps are amazing. Anything Mochasippi, you can't go wrong!!!

What can I say, this place is delicious. Staff always makes me feel welcome. Delicious coffee and HUGE cookies.
