I frequent here a lot and it has really turned around since the new ownership. The drinks are inconsistent though as well as the pricing. One time I’m getting charged an extra dollar for something I have no idea what it’s for and because they don’t give receipts, right away and my receipts come via email- I never catch it in time. I guess I could start asking for a paper receipt.
My biggest complaint besides the inconsistency of the drinks and the strange charges, is that they always always just assume that you’re going to tip.
Especially through drive-thru. They always ask, do you want to give a 15% or 20% or 30% tip? Like huh? Since when is tipping mandatory or presumed?
Also since when do people blatantly ask for tips?
In that case, save yourself some embarrassment from “begging” and just make the tips automatic.
It’s rude and unprofessional.

I come here about once a week or biweekly. Service is usually good but every time i order coffee it tastes... burnt. Its just generally hard to drink if its not sweetened to the max, which is disappointing. The remodel looks great but for some reason the management decided it would be a good idea to paint the store while customers were inside. I was there when this happened and felt extremely sick because of the fumes that I had to leave. Just a bad move in general. I would 100% stop coming here if there was another coffee shop in this area.

If you're going through the drive through have them open the boxes before giving them to you. If the order is wrong they will not take the food back due to the pandemic. The girls at the window said they could not give a refund since they can't take the food back. But I had handed them a cash tip before I had realized the food was wrong. From my car to their hands. I had to call the manager to even try to get a refund. The manager said that even though it would be a loss she would give me a refund back and they would throw the food away. I don't know why she would put it in that terminology since it was her staff that messed up my order. It felt like a guilt trip. I can see her side of it but also if it was in reverse and you were a customer, who had never ran a small business, what would your response be?

They don’t know the difference between decaf and caffeinated. I just double checked this morning asking twice if is was decaf and she said yes I’m sure. Get down the road and it’s caffeinated. They always ask if I want to put a tip on my card??? That question should not be asked. It makes people feel as is they’re obligated to do so.

Friendly welcoming environment both cashier's and regulars alike not to expensive and exalent product. I didn't purchase anything from their edibles but I will next time they have alot to chose from and it all looks so delisious

Good coffee. But they are slow. The drive thru line should have some priority. I was blocking other customers that were getting angry because they couldn't get out of his parking spot.

Very kind, helpful, and great suggestions! Cute little place that has locals as well as out of town guests thanks to the base being so close. Its delicious coffee for a great price!

I come to place every morning and order the same thing and I honestly can say they probably have the best service I have ever seen. Polite, friendly, and outgoing. I recommend everyone go there. Great place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got a mocha granita and i loved it. I haven't been there in a while. They've brightened it up. It's very nice.

They don't have most of the food items on their menu. I ordered 4 espresso shots, but only tasted one. They charged me for all 4, though. Slow service. Go somewhere else for your caffeine fix.
