This is by far the best donut place ever. The employees are so kind. There glaze donuts are so soft and are super amazing when they are fresh. I've had many donut places before and as of now it's at the top of my list. And as a bonus they even do military discounts which is awesome.

This may be my new donut spot. Even though the donut I got was cold it was still very good. Just the right amount of sweetness and cakeyness. I enjoyed it.

If you love doughnuts Shipleys will take your love to a new level. I have been eating Shipleys since the 90’s when we would travel to Texas to visit family. We don’t have one in Alabama. It’s a must every time one is near.

The chocolate glazed are really good. I recomend they with a glass of cold milk

Let me say right off the bat that I love your donuts! I bring them to work on a regular basis and everyone loves them too! With that being said the last 3 time I have been to visit I have ordered 3 chocolate filled donuts and each time I have received 3 chocolate cream filled donuts. (It's my fault for not checking the box but a few follow up questions from those taking the orders wouldn't hurt either.) Like I said love your donuts!

THERE IS NO WAY YOU SHOULD OWN AND OPERATE A DONUT SHOP IF YOU CAN’T PROVIDE FRESH DONUTS NOT EVEN AN HOUR AFTER OPENING. I gave this place a try TWICE between 5:30am-6:15am and the donuts were ice cold (not even warm) both times! I called and spoke to the owner after my first visit and he said this wasn’t a normal practice but they were training a lot of new people and the employee may have grabbed donuts from the wrong rack. He offered to give me a free donut but I told him no worries! I’d patronize them again. Today the donuts were ice cold again! When I told the cashier they were cold, she apologized and assured me they were fresh even tho they were cold. The other employee complained and said it would be a while before they could have hot ones ready. The cashier offered to microwave them for me, but i declined and returned the food. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Pretty good. Wish they carried individual creamers and sugar packets . Snack size foods.

I am SO HAPPY there's a Shipley's by my house now! I grew up with Shipley's. Best kolaches ever. Everyone should go here for donuts.
