Great coffee and delicious food. Plenty of space to sit down and do work with free Wi-Fi.

Fantastic Coffee Shop. Atmosphere is great with large windows and ample natural light. The staff is always polite and greet you with a smile.
Its close proximity to my home and downtown make it great to stop in for iced coffee. I only wish it stayed open a little longer then 6pm.
Highly recommend if you are in Baton Rouge/midcity.

Parking can be tight, but the vibe is good, and there is a great mix of folk here working, hanging, chatting, and reflecting. I've enjoyed two decaf pour-over coffees, but I hope they can bring the decaf to the espresso machine sometime soon! Oh, and I like that I receive a real mug (no cardboard or plastic!) when I order my pour-over to have there.

After waiting half an hour for our drinks when there were very few people ordering, our coffee was done of the worst I've had. This may be the worst cup of coffee I've had. I would not recommend going here unfortunately. I did not try the pastries but the only reason I did not give a one star is the location is a nice place to sit and relax. Hopefully they change whatever means of making coffee they currently have, whether it be staff that does not understand how to make it or poor ingredients.

never have I ever felt so unwanted in a coffee shop. I have studied in coffee shops for years and always loved this place. But- this time was different. I was told I would be CHARGED for a CUP of tap water bc i had been “sitting there too long”. I was there for an hour by this point.
I was also barked at to pull my mask on my face after waiting a few seconds after unlocking my phone with Face ID- (mind you, I work in healthcare and understand the gravity of mask wearing- I was 6+ feet away from everyone except my roommate sitting with me). The problem here was that I felt totally watched, and invaded.
It’s just disappointing to try and support local businesses at this time when they do not treat you like a guest or as if they want you there.

Emma was the most lovely worker. She made a great recommendation and made the environment very comfortable and uplifted. Great experience with amazing beverages.

This place is backwards...been 2x now...no menu at order line 4 food on wall nor before ordering...large drip coffee only in paper cup unless you rationalize with help...the idea of having the service freshen you coffee or a partial refill results in a snide comment as I received by 2 different employees with one stating "you should that's done by the person near register but I'll do it this one time and refills are not included but I'll go ahead anyway". Typical of the age of this generation to have anything other than a "don't bother me" attitude. As an entrepreneur I find this operation disappointing to put it mildly. My wife orders a latte and nobody calls out a number or a name, let alone deliver to a table. This place is fortunate to enjoy a lot of traffic. But, I will never return.

It's a nice space, but I think it's cheap of them not to offer free refills on drip coffee that one is paying $3 for. The beans aren't *that* good. Also, the staff were really grumpy when I went. Considering I have to drive to get there, it's not worth it to me to come back here, especially since I can just walk to the Magpie downtown.

Great looking spot, very hip. I’ve been twice now to get a morning coffee to go. Very knowledgeable baristas and were cool and excited to talk about the different bean and brew offerings.
As far as quality and freshness, I’m not sure that you are going to find a better place in BR.
I have it three stars for two reasons:
1- cup size/milk choices. The largest size available is really small and they don’t have a reduced fat milk option. I get that the proper way to serve espresso drinks is a small portion and whole milk such as this. I don’t care. Give me the option of the Americanized version in a big cup or the coffee snob version in the kids cup. I’ll pay you more for it. No prob.
2- the space has a hollow, modern, echoey feel to it. I was sitting there with a friend and it felt like everything we were saying was audible to the entire place. Not warm and comfortable like I feel a coffee shop should be.
Not a place that I’ll frequent daily despite living 2 miles away but I’m sure I’ll go again at some point.

Fantastic lattes - hot and iced! Their pastry selection is okay, but not standout. Bags of roasted whole beans are great. They offer demos on Saturday mornings, which are a ton of fun!
