Coffee Joy

I love spend time with my family in here. This place has good quality product and friendly staff.

Positives:
- Really cool, peaceful vibe (especially for that strip mall it's in)
- Great coffee
- Polite cashier

Negatives:
- The apple tart wasn't good. It was like an underbaked cookie that was very dry.
- About 10% too expensive for what it is

Overall, this is a cool place and I'm glad to have this as an option for atmosphere/coffee/maybe other pastries in Baton Rouge.

Excellent customer service, the owners are so nice and make your experience special. Wonderful spot to get work done too. Their coffee is PERFECT, they are very dedicated to their craft. Highly recommend!

very very great coffee. friendly staff. the quality of the coffee and the care they put into it is exceptional. coffee is all single origin. for iced drinks they use coffee ice cubes so ur coffee flavor isnt diluted. simple nice peaceful vibes. i will start frequenting here. hidden gem

My 3 reasons for going to Coffee Joy: (1) Coffee is wonderful; (2) Staff is helpful and friendly; and (3) Pastries and desserts are scrumptious. Stop in and see if you agree with me. I dare you.

Maple spice latte was a nice treat. Like the low key atmosphere.

The service here is literally impeccable. The staff is so polite. All of the pastries are homemade and you can taste the love that went into each and every one of them. The cheesecake is literally amazing.

The coffee here is top-notch and puts commercial coffee chains to shame. From coffee ice cubes to the handmade baked goods (you've GOT to try the Strawberry muffins), everything made here is made with care. This is easily one of the top 3 coffee shops in Baton Rouge.

If you are in Southdowns and looking for a quiet place to study and/or get caffeinated, this place is great! Peaceful, unassuming atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff and the quality of the tea is absolutely top tier. Highly recommended!
