CC's Coffee House

I used to love their coffee and their service. But lately they have gone downhill. They don't seem to be as knowledgeable about their products, and it seems impossible to get something other than black coffee that isn't super sweet!

The lady in the drive thru yesterday was so sweet and had the best customer service!!
She made me such a delicious pumpkin spice latte!! I am so happy!!

Dine in is closed which is completely understandable however you can’t go through the drive thru on your bike with a mask. There are no options unless you have a car to get service..the guy at the window was kind of rude about it but I understand that it can’t be uncomfortable to discriminate people based on mode of transportation..however you are allowed to park your car and eat outside with no mask..this honestly makes no sense..tried contacting corporate to handle privately however received no response..really trying to support local Louisiana businesses during these strange times..this coffee house is located within biking distance of some of the biggest neighborhoods in the area..I just don’t understand the reasoning..either allow bikes to be served or close outdoor dining table

In Louisiana, bicycles are vehicles according to the statute that defines vehicles. A person riding a bicycle has all of the rights and duties of the driver of a vehicle as provided in Title 32 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, except as to those provisions which by their nature can have no application. Don’t give me wrong – I love CC’s. But now when I get an iced coffee it comes the lid that has a huge spout on it. They’ve unfortunately discontinued a regular lid, which inevitably means if you order a tea or really anything- kiss your nice leather seats goodbye!

I always stop at this CCs on my way to work. This morning, I was ordering and a trash truck pulled up beside me to start emptying their garbage. Instead of waiting for all of that to stop, the lady (her name is Abby) actually walked out the back door and up to my car window to take my order. Now THAT’S above and beyond customer service in my opinion.

Great atmosphere and great management. And of course, great New Orleans coffee. Met the DM who talked about his goals of helping each location reach its customer base with excellent service unique to its culture but still following CC's mission. Refreshing to finding a young manager still focused on customer service and empowering its staff.

Great fast service. Every drink I have tried is really good. Their Croissant sandwiches are also pretty good.

CC's makes Starbucks look like an Atari 2600 next to a PlayStation 5. Nicest employees and the coffee is fantastic. Keeps my money in the local economy.

Great ambiance and staff. Took off a point for not making coffee the way i asked for it. Otherwise, its a great spot.

Great coffee! Only complaint is they don't mix iced mochas as much as other CC's, but that was easily remedied by a few stirs of my own straw.
