Convenient location. Good coffee, espressos, cappuccinos ... Many wonderful flavors -- create your own flavor combination. Fun events (game night, open mic night). Super friendly employees. Strong Wi-Fi. Just wish they were open on Saturday.

Great Coffee atmosphere very nice and cozy . The customer service is excellent. Prices are fine I rather coffee House then Starbucks and you don't get treated like a number. Great job !

First visit here, and I’m ready to return ASAP! Everyone was very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I tried the caramel frappe, and it was really delicious! Love that there is a drive thru for those days when I don’t want to get out the car with my kids...lol.

Friendly staff and the coffee is excellent. But it really was the atmosphere of this little hidden away coffee house that prompted me to write this. So comfortable and welcoming I didn't want to leave.

I frequent this establishment so often that the staff knows what I want as soon as I pull up. The coffee is top notch and the atmosphere inside is very conducive to working on something or hanging out with friends. I highly recommend.

The Coffee House never fails to deliver the top notch beverages I've come to expect. Service here is flawless and the pricing is appropriate for the quality of product. The seating area is now open, and I must say I loved the décor. When I walked in I felt like I was in uptown New Orleans -- from the bare Edison bulbs to the industrial/modern style furniture. The lighting was slightly dim and the soft music combined with the fresh flowers gives a good focused environment for studying. One of the best elements (beside the coffee and service) was the electrical outlets, which had both regular plug ins and USB ports. I am definitely going to be a regular at this establishment.

Coffee is awesome, I can say that it almost beats Starbucks for my taste. Just a little experience that I want to share and why I would not give 5 stars. I went in on a Monday morning about 10 min before opening since doors were unlocked, I tried and went it and one nice girl welcomed me and attended me with no problem, I wish I knew her name, thank you for that, you made my day! Then on a Friday that same week I went in for a nice cold iced coffee again, without even having a chance to think, I basically got "kicked" out, i didnt even get greeted with at least a "goodmorning". Maybe not the nicest way to say it and maybe the person didn't mean it that way but I was told to wait because you guys open at 6AM, I just left because I couldn't wait that long, I was heading to work. I honestly left with some sort of sadness and bitterness. Why one day I was attended nice and with big smile and the same week I was rejected service? I don't want to blame anyone, I love y'alls coffee shop and this situation won't stop me from going, maybe just be careful next time on how to approach people in situations like this and maybe keeps doors locked until it's time to open. Thank you for making Arabi and Chalmette happy with ya'll coffee shop!

Get it together. Who gets mad at the customer bc u messed up my order then waited an extra ten minutes for an freaking hot tea... Definitely not going back..

The Coffee House in Arabi is my favorite place to go. It’s always clean, staff is very pleasant, and coffee is delicious!
