This is not the fault of the shop, but Google needs to remove this as a ‘Starbucks’ location. It’s a campus coffee stand, quite a detour from the highway, called the Red, White, and Brew. It was a 20 minute coffee detour. Disastrous.

I ordered a peppermint white chocolate mocha Frappuccino. It is supposed to be a blended drink topped with whip cream and chocolate flakes. They handed me an iced coffee I could have gotten from McDonald’s. It tastes awful too. The coffee they put in it is so bitter that I couldn’t drink it. I’ve had so much better from other Starbucks. I was just in London and I should have stopped there instead. I’ll remember to drive 30 minutes out of my way for a good coffee. I’ll remember to never go to this Starbucks. Highly disappointed.

Limited menu, hours and services. Very college student oriented ( you'll find it in the heart of a college building, accessible only by stairs either from above entrance, or below entrance.) Does not accept Starbucks gift cards. Does have decaf, but limited roasts and syrups (especially sugar free).

This is NOT a Starbucks, this is a coffee stand in the University of the Cumberlands Student Center.
If this came up when you searched "Starbucks", it's probably because there aren't any actual Starbucks near enough for Google to recommend.
I'm giving this 4 stars so that I don't mess with the average rating, not as a reflection of the service.

Nobody reads this and if they do they already know what's wrong with the campus Starbucks.
